Good location for Ahoy stadium. Friendly helpful staff. Brilliant room.

The decor was really unusual, very tasteful and gave the hotel a unique look. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was an unexpected surprise. Good views over the harbour and really close to the Metro. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Just one minor thing you had to ask at reception to have tea, coffee or toilet rolls replenished.........you shouldn't really have to.

Really nice hotel, all the rooms have been designed by artists. No 2 rooms are the same. I will be back.

Good location

When arriving in the room the temperature was around 30 degrees Celcius and outside - 10 ...why do you waste all this money and on top you are not environment friendly att all. A colleague had the same story.

The room was really well maintained, clean and layed out well. It contained a separate kitchen with all the things you could want, a spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom. I was on the 9th floor with a view towards the city. The view was stunning at night, you really forget your in an industrial part of town. The location of the hotel is great, you have the tram and metro stations right out side the door.

The only down side to the whole experience was that there was building work going on. A few floors were having new carpet laid and a bit of a reverb. The smell and noise in a morning was a bit bad, I know these things need to be done, but would have been nice to be informed before arrival. Other wise it was excellent.

Overpriced food

Very friendly staff, and amazingly "home-like" for such a big hotel. Very spacious rooms, beautiful view of the harbour on the 17th (top) floor.

The staff is very friendly and the design is very nice.

The bed's are very very hard

Reception and Hotel staff relay went the extra mile to help, even with the nearby Metro Station!

Close to transport

The room was comfortable, at least for one person (probably also for 2), it also had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave boiler and coffee maker and cutlery and other stuff that can be useful. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location probably is not the safest of Rotterdam, It is not very nice also, but the hotel is right next to the metro station so that can be avoided. It needs new carpets in the hallways and the towels seam old and sometimes not so clean.
