Asgard Hotel  

I loved the location of this hotel a few minutes away from the Train Station and right at the edge of the city center so you don't have the noise of the city center. The staff were very nice and all were willing to help us with every problem and every question we had. They were friendly and even drew on maps to help us reach any place we asked for help with. They spoke English well and even if they didn't know what word to use they tried their best to explain. I loved my stay there, the room wasn't too small or too big, it was just right.Even when i had accidentally booked the wrong number of days they helped myself and my mom out so we would be set for the rest of the trip. I would definitely return if I had more business in Groningen

The stairs are a tad steep which wasn't a problem for me or my mom but might be for others, as well as the hallway can be a bit loud other then that the hotel stay was fine.

Location, friendly staff and bedroom (Penthouse room) spacious and very clean.

Bedroom on third floor but there was no lift. Room was very echoey due to all the hard surfaces. Air conditioning / heating fan was quite noisy cutting in & out, we couldn't turn it off as the room would have been too cold.... Having said that, the Hotel was fine, and Groningen itself is even better

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of breakfast was excellent and very enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. Very much appreciated little added extras in the room such as coffee & tea making facilities.

It is very difficult to find fault with the hotel. The only thing could be that the extractor fan in the beautiful bathroom was noisy when it was running. However as it switched itself off after a while, that was only a brief distraction from a very enjoyable stay.

Goed hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles tip-top in orde!

Doordacht, milieuvriendelijk en prettig design, maar niet fancy. Goed ingerichte ruime kamer. Plezierig en ontspannen goed verzorgd ontbijt. Zeer attente en klantgerichte staf. Uitstekende value for money.

Geen bemande receptie na 22.00.

De kamer, de ligging, het interieur, het personeel, de parkeerplaats, dichtbij het museum. Tophotel!

De bezetting tot 22 uur. Ik was net voor 22 u in het hotel. Mijn man belde mij op, maar kon niet doorverbonden worden omdat er niemand meer was. Enige minpuntje

Vor allem das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, netjes, goed ontbijt

Het hotel is nog niet af, terwijl de volle mep betaald moest worden, Dat kan niet, De lift deed het niet, terwijl ons appartement op de 3e verdieping was. Dat was niet gezegd van te voren. Als ik het had geweten had ik zeker een ander hotel gezocht, aangezien mijn vriendin slecht ter been was. Bij de afrekening had ik op zijn minst compensatie verwacht, maar niets van dat alles. Buitengewoon knullig.

Mooi, modern en strak. Dicht bij de binnenstad, goed te bereiken.

De parkeergelegenheid is relatief ver weg en duur. 23 euro voor een nachtje parkeren wordt daarmee bijna 25% van de totale overnachtingsprijs...
