Service, the staff, food more than enough choice for any one,under ground garage,kept bikes safe, big rooms, clean tidy as always cleaners do top job, been several times now and is mine and friends number one choice always for such ease,comfort,service, cheers ozzy - hull

Bit of a maze to find rooms ,ok to a point,but carrying motor cycle luggage becomes a pain, paying the same ,and my mates falling lucky with a on suite lol, twats lol, not been able to sit and drink beer in bar after one am?

Very good room, bathroom could do with a makeover especially need larger shower head, good breakfast and very reasonably priced one night stay.

Hotel consists of several buildings, whereby the room was difficult to find in the maze of passage ways and staircases.

Fantastic location for Assen TT race circuit which was about 5/10 minutes drive away. Easy to find off the A28 although it is actually labelled as Hotel Assen, which was a bit confusing at first. Rooms are large and well equipped and spotless. Staff are friendly and welcoming, no need to worry about language barriers, they all speak fluent English. Breakfast is great value for money and the restaurant is superb. Great choice of lovely fresh, local food. Generous portions and delicious. Luxurious feel to the hotel, without feeling stuffy. Huge car park, so not a problem. Most rooms seemed to have a balcony. Smashing hotel, looking forward to my return visit already

The staff were very friendlyand helpful, and the food in the restaurant was very good.

The style of the accomodation area was very strange and very noisy. The balcony is one long balcony for all the rooms on that level, and there was a bit of a party starting at 2pm in the next room to ourselves which spilled over onto the balcony outside, the noise was awful and the beer and wine glasses were not cleared away by staff. This happened on both Friday, and Saturday night and when we checked out at 12 noon on Monday the dirty glasses etc were still outside.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights while visiting the TT circuit. The hotel is very good value for a four star venue, the facilities were good, the room spacious and well presented and the restaurant service and food excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and after staying in Amsterdam and Brugge on route the bar prices were a welcome relief to the wallet.

Eveyrthing, perfect and secure parking, location for race circuit very good 2 miles away.

proximity to the racing circuit, which we visited during our stay, The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy and quiet. Lovely atmosphere and good quality rooms and furnishings. Breakfast was very nice and carparking was excellent.

I never complain for some small trouble,but I have to say,A young lady, receptionist ，is worst hotel staff in Netherlands,even Van Der Valk is a four stars hotel. As a checked out guest,I return locker key card and ask her to call a taxi, she said sorry, she cannot,she has to serve guests at the moment,I never disturb her and her guests,and as a former hotel staff, I know that guest has priority to get help to catch the train.
