quiet place and about 20 minutes walk from central station. The breakfast is too simple, even if i knew from the reviews of other people. I don't think there will be any change in the near future. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast served each morning was excellent. Walls are a bit thin. TV in room did not work. |

Very helpful front desk and kind, considerate staff. Room was cleaned nicely.Great location. Better than average breakfast. Shower water not contained (filled the entire bathroom). No WIFI possibility in our hotel room. Had to pay for WIFI, when it is common in other hotels around Europe to have free WIFI for guests. |

We liked its location in the centre of the town. The room was spacious and warm and clean. Maybee too thin walls, namely at night. Service was excellent, breakfast too. As I stated before, the wall are very thin and we could hear noise at night. Spare blanket would also be helpful. |

Very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet location within walking distance of heart of the city. Clean rooms and bath. they are all small in Europe, so that was expected and not uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent and included. |

Staff was wonderful, breakfast great. For the price we paid, the room was large with great bathroom. Really liked it and will probably stay there again if we go back to Amsterdam. Our room needed black out drapes or shades -- it stayed light very late at night and got light very early in the morning. |

The staff was friendly and the neighbourhood was nice. Breakfast was also OK. Lots of stairs, although that is quite a given in Ansterdam. However even if the hotels claim to be smoke free the neighbours did smoke in their room. The worst part though must be their paper thin walls. The first night we had a bit chatty neighbours and we could literally follow their sometimes heated discussion perfectelly until 4a.m. |

The customer service and breakfast were good. Also the location is in a quiet area of Amsterdam but not too far from the attractions. The room was very small and the shared bathroom didn't even have any soap to wash your hands with. Also the cleaner had just come into our room but didn't even make the beds or fill the liquid soap holder. |
