Everything is quite nice! I would definately recommand my friends to go there if they go travelling to Amsterdam.

Location near to museums and canal

No lift, need to use narrow staircase, might not need good idea for older folks and with big heavy bags. Carpet is old and mouldy. Hard to find the hotel for first timers.

Quiet street, convenient location which may seem a little way from the city centre but is actually close to three tram routes from Centraal Station (and others to Leidseplein).. In fact, it's an interesting walk along one of the lesser known canals (Reguliersgracht) into the city or, heading south, it's very close to numerous good places to eat, (such as in Albert Cuypstraat). Good brreakfast; large room (with private facilities); helpful staff.

Rather than negatives, these are some things to be aware of. Payment is on arrival and cards incur a 4% surcharge, (but you may leave your passport and pay in cash the following day). The hotel has rooms in other buildings in the street, although we did not find this a problem. However, noise from adjoining rooms (and plumbing) might be a nuisance.

Hotel is really nice. Good location. Rooms are clean. I saw every tipe of rooms and they are really ok. Stuff is well organized. From the airport they have transport so it is not a problem. Ten minutes by foot to the centre of the city. This choice is good especially for short staying in Amsterdam.

Parking is very expensive

The staff was extreemly friendly and helpful! Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast is good. Location is 15 min walk from the city main plaza.

It's basic but with all you need. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast with not so many choice but it's good enough for me.

The shared toilet is a bit small.

Very warm welcome, friendly staff. Room was clean, and just big enough. Good breakfast Room was very hot, we asked to turn the heater down, they turned it off instead... But we didn't spend much time in our room and it wasn't all that cold anyways. Overall everything was good! When attending another concert in Paradiso, I will certainly consider this hotel again ;)

Good variety of food at the breakfast! Nice and friendly staff!

Only one big towel for two grown ups! No hairdryer, which is a problem if the outside temperatur is below 10 degrees and you don't want to catch a cold! Very steep steps instead of an elevator!
