I liked the location, which was very convenient. I also liked the receptionnists, who were friendly. My room, and most importantly my bed, were not clean. I found hair in the sheets and the spread on the bed had not been washed in a long time.

I liked the location and the shared facilities were surprisingly ok. Even though I liked the location it was very noisy. I also got bitten by bed bugs everynight which was not pleasant so I didn't get a decent sleep. If it wasn't for that I would go back again as it was cheap and somewhere to put your head down but I would avoid due to issue with bed bugs.

The location Uncomfortable, strongly smoke smelling, extremely noise all the night, you can not believe how bad this hotel is. The price is of a three-stars hotel, but the quality is of a one-star. The rooms are too small and everything inside is out of order, nothing works properly. If you want an advice, here it is: don't stay in this hotel!

I have never come across such a noisy location. The hotel is located on a square full of pubs and discoes with drunk, noisy people around till around 5.30am. At around 6am road work and bin men started working, so we didn't get any sleep at all for 4 nights. We stayed in the luxury room at Hotel Atlanta with cigaret burns in the duvet cover and stains everywhere - not exactly luxury.

Very central, short walking distance to most of the places you want to go and see. We got new towels every day. we asked for a room in the back and that was not noisy. There was a very strong smell of mould, probarly from the carpet, ventilation was bad, no aircond. only a fan so was working ok. Internet was working most of the time, no lift in this hotel and the stairs is very step, and its hard to get heavy suitcases up to your room. Breakfast, the selection was to a minimum so we had our best breakfast outside the hotel to the left,

Friendly Location is good if you like loud music Too noisy -- the music seemed to get louder as it gets earlier in the morning! It did not stop until 4am!, The room was too small for a double! (You can touch from one side to the other)! Way too expensive for a basic room, pillows were too hard I still have a headache from the noise

The only positive thing is the location. Over priced (150 euro/night), not clean enough, no stream of hot water and tiny room with no relations to your add on booking.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for wandering the city. If you're coming to Amsterdam to party, this is the place to stay. Front door open 24/7. The size of the single room on the third floor is small and overpriced. Due to a nearby night club, if you're a moderate to light sleeper, you will probably not get much sleep until about 5.00am when they close. It's worse if you want fresh air with the window open. As it is an old building without much renovation - apart from the original conversion (to hotel rooms) - the stairs are steep and require attention when using.

Location is great. Almost everything is in walking distance. Rembrant Square can be loud late. Then there is the occasional melee in the square at 4am for which it seemed the entire city's police was called. Also, no rooms are air-conditioned which generally isn't a problem as Amsterdam is generally very cool. However, also reserved a delux room with high ceiling but didn't get it so be careful of paying fir extra frills

Hotel Atlanta is a great location from which to see Amsterdam. The staff are fantastic - friendly and helpful. Great breakfast for the money. Nice atmosphere of an old Amsterdam house inside with a nice view of Rembrandtsplein from the front. Rembrandtsplein area can be noisy at night with partying until 4 am, especially on weekends, so if you need to sleep make sure you get a back room or find a quieter hotel

Central for reasonable rates. Lovely big windows overlooking the square! Noisy as is in a square that parties til late and then the rubbish trucks come! We are good sleepers though so although heard the noise as we drifters off to sleep and at times in the night it never kept us awake! If you are a light sleeper best tI ask for a back room?

Very kind person at reception Ms. Lee, very hospitable, and opened. Also very good location of the hotel in the heart of the city, wi-fi free for the guests, although not of good quality everywhere..... Sometimes wi-fi was not available in the room at the second floor, wc was not always clean, there is no elevator in the hotel, and it was hard to go up with our hard trunks. But in general, location of the hotel is more important, than these inconvenient things.
