Very, very, very helpful, kind, friendly and responsive staff! We had quite stinky smoking room and asked to change it for non-smoking and got it without problem. Breakfast could have more varieties but it was honest. In warm summer days as we had it's bit too hot in room, opening of the windows didn't help and at the end I catch cold from draught. |

Very friendly and helpful owner/staff, in a relaxed atmosphere, with character. Welcoming, simple but all basic amenities are available and the hotel is very clean. I was in a room at the backand it was very quiet, which I liked. The hotel is right across the station and ideally located for transportation or walks |

Staff were friendly, comfortable, safe, clean, close to train station, very close to shopping and attractions, breakfasts, 24 hr coffee or tea, beds comfortable, bathrooms suprisingly large for Netherlands, elevator, excellent stay for the money. Will recommend to anyone. |

The toddler section of the family room (toddler bed, play kitchen with food/dishes/etc, toddler table and chairs, box with train track/trains/cars, etc). Spatious! Location - right across from the main train station, parking garage, and canal tour departure. Shopping, restaurants near by. Microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and sink in kitchen area. Set up was wonderful. Parking garage across the street is 55 euro/day. The hotel did provide a map and adress for a 6 euro/day parking garage, but we chose the one across the street due to an early departure time for the airport. |

The proximity to the station was a big plus as I travelled by eurostar and train. That is really why I chose it. |

Close proximity to Station, Transport and main attractions. Elevator was extremely important. Abience was very interesting. rooms were very tight, but that is Europe!!!! |

Breakfast Executive rooms are a joke - very cramped uncomfortable 'bunk' type beds - Ive stayed in the ordinary rooms and they are much better! |

Rooms and storage in room too small,could not even fit half of my 3 days trip clothing into the room. Invoices and all other doucmnets could not be prepared by computer,everything handwritten as in 19th century hotel |

the location; was what I wanted, right by the main train station of amsterdam. I was offerd a room with 3 steps inside of it, an;d no place to put a suitcase.but , was given another, when I complained. the breakfast was poor. |

Brilliant location: central and easy to find. Great fun: interior decorated with model railway trains! Very helpful front staff. Breakfast is very basic continental (coffee from machine; no fresh fruit or scrambled eggs, &c). |
