The location near the train station. The staff was very friendly and the buffett breakfast is very good.

Our room was on the street side very noisy. The rooms are very worn.

We stayed in the dutch suite, which was brilliant, even had our own little garden, no city noise!

The breakfast wasnt the greatest but sufficient.

The location is perfect, right outside centraal station. Breakfast although not much variety was fresh and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and clean with great showers, even had a smoking room which is a welcome change

Had to pay one night up front when first reserved room, wasn't a problem at all just a little unusual as only hotel in amsterdam I've stayed in that done this

Railway theme was interesting and different. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situation was excellent with Central Station so close, transit time from Schipol was less than 30 mins.

Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been nice.

Location was excellent, hotel was spotless, our room slept 4 adults, it was comfortable, clean although a little on the small side. Staff were friendly and professional, you could also leave your luggage. Continental breakfast was good, with a varied choice, something for everyone.

I wasn't fond of the wet room, as when you showered water went every where, under the toilet and sink, which made it a slipping hazard.

i was accessable by train and tram, so anywhere that you wanted to go was accessable too. the staff were excellent and the b'fast was wonderful.there was always a large bowl of sweets

Loved the decor in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room had poor lighting and was somewhat musty.

We liked that it was so near to everything so didn't need to walk far

Very friendly manager. We didn't have a kettle in our room but he agreed to give us one the following day. Clean bathroom, amazing location (literally opposite the Central Station). We liked the train-themed decoration of the breakfast room, especially as my husband is a train enthusiast! Room was on the small side but it didn't bother us one bit. Wi-fi is not free but there is a PC by the breakfast lounge if you need to check your emails for free.

Being picky now, but breakfast didn't really impress us. Decent choice, but nothing special. That's only a tiny thing though and wouldn't stop us coming back.

Great location opposite main train station and easy walking to all attractions. I has a business meeting there with 3 other people and my guests commented how good it was.

We had two single beds pushed together (not sure if this is common on some European places?), one of the towels stank (a mistake that was quickly rectified though) and our room was right next to the restaurant so a tad loud.

this is a brill hotel from the minute we walked through the door ,the staff could not do enough for us we are planning a pub trip in august and would love to be able to take our locals to this fine hotel .
