L'hotel Avenue és molt a prop de l' Estació Central i del centre de la ciutat, per tant molt còmode. El personal és molt amable i l'esmorzar complertíssim. Pels preus de la ciutat i la qualitat oferta és correcte la tarifa. Ens vam trobar, però les finestres obertes a les 12 de la nit i l'habitació gelada i roba de llit amb olor a tabac. Al dir-ho ho van sol.lucionar sense problemes. |

It has an excelent position, near Dam Square and Amsterdam's Central Train Station. Breakfast was good and the staff was polite. The rooms are little, and the hotel could use some renovation. |

great location on both mornings staff knocked on our door twice and woke us up at 9.30am and again at 11.00am.Staff spent whole morning shouting on corridor, also our room was opposite the cleaning cubboard which didn't help. Rooms were also tiny, smallest I've ever stayed in - completely different to picture shown on website. |

Our accomodations included a three course meal at their sister hotel, bike rental, and a picnic lunch. We were very happy with everything, just make sure you ask for the vouchers for the meal, bike, and picnic because they may not be so forthcoming. |

The fact that it is located very very closed to the main station. Usually hotel close to station are either very cheap, or very expensive. This one has good balance. There were a bit of noise in due to air conditionning system from the roof. It could be also good idea to provide hot water with tea/coffee/herb tea in the lobby. |

the breakfast was very good very dusty rooms, dont think they dust. Only change bedding and basics. once the aircon is working think it will be much better for air circulation. |

Great central location, full english breakfast, frendly staff Bathroom - shower as a hole in the floor is not something that you want to see or use. In addition walls are so thin that you can easily hear everything outsude your room. |

been there many times, always pleasant staff, excellent breakfast and a newspaper to read along. Its location is also superb for proximity to tram etc. |
