The location was great - close to the train station and the central area. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We had a lovely quad room with a loft and french doors which the staff kept very clean. The staff were friendly. That the air conditioning units were not fully installed. |

It's location, breakfast was good. My 2nd night there the phone wasn't working and I couldn't get pay TV. I went to the front desk and, although she was polite and pleasant, the girl behind the desk didn't know how to fix t problems. Having said that I'd stay here again. |

location was good, breakfast was very good. Flat that the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Had to wait to stand in the rain, waiting to get inside on two occasions. Asked for a change of room as on the street side and no air conditioning. I was told no rooms had air conditioning (although the disclaimer in the room says it is pending.) I realised that there was no a/c which was why I was asking to move to a room where I could open a window. |

Location, location location! The breakfast had good variety. Air condition in the room was not working. Towel racks in the Bathroom are located so high, that only ... "Basket ball Players" can reach the towels . |

the location was good. 5 mins walk to centre and central station. Only 10 mins walk to Anne Frank's house. The rooms did not have air con and the bathrooms were smaller than a cupboard. |

The hotel is very clean, food was excellent,staff are very friendly, and its near to all bars and Dam Square. The air conditioning didnt work so the room was very hot and stuffy, also it was a smaller room than we had on a previous visit, with no mirror in the room and no kettle as we had previously. |

Nice hotel overall. good location. very neat. good breakfast. I thought rooms had air con but they didn't. Top floor rooms ceiling too low, felt like an attic but got used to it. Shower area needs a door or curtain to keep water out. |
