Bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Brak dwóch kart wejściowych do pokoju dwuosobowego. Mała ilość kanałów telewizyjnych. |

Poziom obsługi i bardzo dobre podejście do klientów oraz smaczne śniadania. W hotelu jest kilka zbyt małych pokoi, w których nie ma nawet stołu zaś umywalka jest w pokoju (poza łazienką). |

Położenie w centrum Drastycznie małe pokoje z umywalką nie w łazience, lecz w pokoju! Brak stolika i miejsca nawet na otwarcie walizki. Dopiero po interwencji dostałem normalny pokój. |

przyjemna obsługa (Agnieszka, etc.) Nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi n/t przedłużenia rezerwacji. Na szczęście po przyjeździe wykonanno moją prośbę.Brak izolacji termicznej obiegu ciepłej i zimnej wody - zimna dość długo jest gorąca. Ustawianie temperatury prysznica jest niedogodne. |

Location is great, between Central Station and Dam Square Room size was horrible! I booked a single room and got a small cabin, like in a prison. Stay away from this hotel! |

Location of the hotel is amazing and breakfast was ace. Huge difference in room shapes and sizes dispute value being same. We switched rooms so I saw the difference. |

very central and convenient location, close to the Central Station; nice price (including breakfast) as most hotels in Amsterdam, it's a lot of old houses connected internally and made into hotel rooms. therefore it depends on where you end up. on this particular stay I ended up in a very small room, looking very run-down (carpet, etc). |

close to the centraal station. Very comfortable clean accomodation. Excellent breakfast buffett. mini bar on the ground floor which is cheaper than the central bars. no tea or coffee facilities in the room. |

Very helpful staff, answered questions. Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Modern rooms. Really good location near Centraal Station, and right on lots of tram lines, could get anywhere. Quiet room. Shower/tub (we had 2 rooms)--water splashed all over the bathroom, one shower was very small. Doorknob on inside room door hard to handle (new design, I guess), my 82 year old mother in law could not turn it to open the door and get out of the room. |

The location is excellent for shopping. Very close to the train station. As a female traveling alone I found that there were quite a lot of transients walking around the area close to the hotel. I did not feel comfortable walking alone in the evening. |
