Avenue Hotel  

A great hotel in comparison with other 3* hotels. Great location that is very quiet in the heart of Amsterdam. It has good quality of cleanliness of the room and bathroom.also, it provides a good breakfast that I think is quite suitable for all type of people. I stayed in the second floor and the WiFi internet was quick. Really this hotel was a big part of my joy and comfort in this trip to Amsterdam according to its price, location, cleanliness and breakfast. I highly recommend it.

There is not tea & coffee maker.... If you leave your luggage there is no numbers to be protected, and the hotel is not responsible for it in case of loss or stealing.

The hotel rate is very affordable. Location is also very strategic. The buffet breakfast is fantastic.

I believe that you have to improve on the bathroom. When a person takes a bath, the water flows to the entire bathroom. There should be a floor divider or enclosure for the shower and the toilet bowl.

Charged my card 2 months in advance ! then charged me again on check out and refused to refund or take action on the matter it took a total 7 or 8 calls from myself and booking.com to get a refund.....i also showed my credit card statement on the night of check in and they took 2 ! copies Very very Bad service anyone who removes funds without authorisation has got to be suspect inparticualr when they will not refund

The staff were not very friendly at all as we asked questions and they answered in a non caring matter

The twin room was just right for a solo traveller and bed was so soft and comfortable

The bathroom was great except the door of the shower is halfway and the water from shower spills to the whole bathroom. There is no separator of the shower to the toilet and sink. The shower is really perfect!

The bed is very comfortable as well as the blanket. I love the big windows. The shower is good.

I didn't like the fact that the bedroom didn't offer stuff's like tooth paste, dental floss, bathing cap, conditional hair or a kettle to make coffee or a tea whenever I wanted.
