Nothing not to like.

There is à bird park right behind it. With hotel stay free entry. Rooms are spacious. Staff very helpful.

Rooms are dated. The electrical wiring, screwed up. Tv. Barely worked.

We stay only one night! So, cannot say you more

Room & ensuite were very spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was good and the food excellent. The free entry to the adjoining bird park was a bonus.

Nothing to dislike

Not too Much. It was ok, no more. Glad we only had 2 nights there! Bathroom area was new and nice .

The suite was wide open, no wall between bedroom and bathroom, no privacy. The living and sleeping area were all dark brown with shaggy brown carpets that made you feel like nothing could be clean. The room did not smell good when we got there. The style if the furnishings is AWFUL. We methought we were going to be in the country but found ourselves in a kiddy park/ casino kind of hotel with groups of kids arriving by bus in the morning ...not what we expected!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff in the reception desk and restaurant were excellent.

We booked the family room. It is a duplex appartment with a kitchenette. Everything was very comfortable. We also appreciate the free entrance to the bird park which is really amazing and worth visiting.

The rooms are a little bit noisy, we can clearly hear people walking in the hall.

The location and the facility with the bird zoo are a winning combination. We'll be back and we'll stay more than one night. The rooms, 1 double and 1 triple were big and clean.

It was a pleasure stay with family

Great location for seeing Holland. Day trips to Keukenhof, Leiden, and Delft were so easy. Restaurant was terrific! Try the mussels.

Just perfect everything! It was our 3rd time in the Van der Valk Avifauna and I am sure there will be many many more...

Het was erg warm in de kamers. Van ons mag het wel 2 of 3 graden minder

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Uitstekend personeel. Nette en ruime kamer.

Kamerdeuren vallen met een luide klap in het slot, wat de nachtrust niet bevordert. Deurdrangers dienen dus nodig aangepast te worden. Kwaliteit van het vlees (rund/hert) in het restaurant was minder goed dan we in andere vd Valk restaurants ervaren hebben.

They have to improve internet conection which some time dosen't work properlly.

We asked for one double bed but we got tel singles

A basic hotel which served a purpose of passing through for one night. It was clean but very outdated and a little noisy in our room because of the lift being located besides our room (room 313). The restaurant was nice and had a good choice for breakfast which was an extra 8 Euro's each. Worth it. Not a hotel I would book again albeit it was OK.

It felt worn out and needed updating. I would imagine in the summer it would be full of children due to the bird and fun park? Not for older persons.

As a single traveller they were very freindly especially in the restaurant. The rooms were nice and although on a main road you felt you were more in the country with the bird sanctuary next door

We would have liked to have had tea and cofee making facilities in our room.

Have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasionsand it is excellent value for money especially as you get free access to the bird park breakfast buffet has a good choice of hot and cold food and drinks Unfortunatly on this trip we were given a room next to a group of young men who were extremely loud and drunk We asked to move rooms and they gave us room 108 which was right next to the stairs and lift probably just as noisy but at least they tried
