Silence of the room at the backside of the hotel unless building activities next door.Very good breakfast with a lot of possibilities to choose what to eat. At breakfast you could only take just coffee or tea. I only drink capuccino or cafe latte, so I asked for capuccino. They told me before I had to pay 2,25 euro extra for one cup of capuccino because it was not included in the price of the breakfast buffet of 16 euro. This was a new experience to me, I think this is rather ridiculous because the price of 16 euro for a breakfast is not really cheap! I paid the extra amount but I told the reception my thoughts about this. I hope they will change their policy about this aspect. |

Close to the beach, helpful front desk staff, close to transportation. The road noise was a little loud although not so bad it interfered with sleeping. |

Close to the beach The window of our room did not close properly and the hotel is on a busy road so we did not sleep well at all. When we told the hotel staff the next day they didn't seem to care. |

How close it was to the beach. Road noise. The air vents in the windows could be closed - this would reduce the road noise by quite a bit. |

Great location, just off the busy and noisy boulevard and next to a tram stop. Good breakfast, very big but rather soft beds. A pleasant stay for a good price. The entrance of the hotel looked a little bit run down, some holes in the carpet on the stairs (wear and tear). |

We hadden gereserveerd. Bij inchecken bleek er geen kamer meer te zijn voor de 80 euro waarvoor we hadden gereserveerd. De keuze was een rokerskamer of 10 euro extra betalen. Dat ervaar ik als oplichting. Mijn advies: wees eerlijk in de prijs. Daarnaast hoorden we geluiden van andere gasten/kamer; was rumoerig. |

Redelijk efficient georganiseerd. Ligging is goed. Gereserveerd via internet € 85 + ontbijt. Bij aankomst alleen comfort mogelijk toeslag € 10. Parkeren is duur. |

Der Aufenthaltsraum ist anheimelnd und nett. Das Personal dort ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anfangs Zimmer und Bad, nach der ersten Nacht nur noch das Bad hatten einen unangenehmen (alten muffigen) Geruch. Die Dusche war sehr klein und niedrig. Das Fenster war immer einen Spalt offen. Es ließ sich nicht schließen. Dadurch kam der Straßenlärm nahezu ungedämpft in den Raum. |

Het hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden erg comfortabel en de badkamer schoon. De sfeer in de hotelkamer was goed en wat nodig was, was voorhanden. Niet te vreden is wat veel gezegd, maar gezien de prijs toch misschien wat betere ligging verwacht. Maar het is moeilijk om een uitzicht te veranderen. Als aanvulling op de belangrijkste reden; op internet had ik een andere idee gekregen over de ligging dan in de werkelijkheid. |

Prima hotel, goed verzorgd, nabij strand. Jammer van dure parkeerkosten bij hotel. Ongeveer 15 min. lopen van hotel kun je gratis parkeren. Personeel geeft hier geen/verkeerde informatie over. |

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preise an der Bar dem Umfeld angepasst. Die Toilette war nur oberflächlich sauber. Die Entlüftung vom Bad war mit Staubnestern fast abgeschlossen. Kleine Handtücher und Fussmatte war auf Nachfrage erhältlich, gehört aber nach unserer Meinung zur Basisausstattung. Parkgebühren sehr hoch, könnte aber durch eine Preisstaffelung der Parkdauer einen besseren "Eindruck" machen. |
