staff very hospitable and amenable. ease of use the whole drinks without hassle idea is great even for non drinkers rooms are ok but hallways and stairwells very 1 star - lets rthe place down |

All the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help out with dinner reservations, tours or what ever we asked for. The complementary bar in the Living room (and in our room) was brilliants as the free internet. The breakfast was also very good. The only thing that I could complain about is that I think that we got one of the smallest room at the hotel, thought it was very nice; our friends got little bit bigger room. |

Our first visit to Amsterdam for the weekend. Hotel has an Excellent Central Location. 20 mins walk from central station. Easy walk to most tourist attractions/museums. Lovely lobby lounge and bar area with fully complimentary bar and snacks 24 hours. Free internet. Room drinks and bar fridge complimentary, with ice bucket and tongs, and corridor ice machine. Staff very helpful and polite. Definitely 4 star room/hotel. Very impressed with the room extras. Secure luggage storage room for left luggage. Accomodated our early check in reqest willingly. Later checkout arranged at 12.50 Eu per hour. Excellent breakfast selection with continental and english avail. Would highly recommend this hotel. Canal view rooms smaller and some road/canal noise if the windows left open. Our shower door leaked (room 405). Otherwise perfect. |

While trying to extend my stay by one day I was offered a much higher rate which I thought was not fair and caused me to change hotels. |

La situación del hotel, y el servicio de minibar gratuito tanto en la habitación como en el bar qe está situado en el hall Los desayunos. El zumo de naranja estaba para masticarlo( con mucha pulpa) y no había leche caliente para hacer un chocolate con leche, tenía que ser con agua caliente. |
