il servizio bar e buffet fa effettivamente la differenza in una città piuttosto cara per la gastronomia e ristorazione in genere..certo la tariffa a notte non è economica, ma considerata la città e la posizione è giustificata. Nulla mancava a colazione o negli spuntini offerti all day la pulizia poteva essere un po' più curata, c'era polvere sui mobili ed anche il bagno aveva segni di decadimento. Al momento di pagare il conto abbiamo avuto l'amara sorpresa di una tassa giornaliera esorbitante (10 e più euro). Non credo sia imputabile all'hotel, ma anche come tassa applicata ai turisti dall'amministrazione era un sovrapprezzo eccessivo di cui non avevamo trovato traccia in nessuna guida o info. In ogni caso la città non era poi così ben tenuta.... |

Ho apprezzato l'atmosfera familiare, la professionalità dello staff che mi ha aiutato a raggiungere un aeroporto fuori mano operando con sollecitudine e precisione, infine la gradita sorpresa del trattamento che chiamerei di piccolo "all inclusive" offerto dall'hotel. La pulizia della camera avrebbe potuto essere migliore, inoltre il box doccia scaricava acqua sul pavimento del bagno. Ho segnalato alla reception ma al termine dei 4 giorni di soggiorno l'inconveniente non era stato ancora eliminato. |

internet gratis, frigo bar gratuito, colazione inclusa e bar hotel gratuito. Non tanto per la spesa in sè (ho bevuto solo acqua e qualche thè) ma per non dover pagare per ogni minima cosa, fa sentire a proprio agio e non con il portafoglio sempre in mano. La mia camera era a pianterreno, confortevole ma sulla strada e un po' troppo buia. Le camere degli altri appartenenti al mio gruppo erano ai piani superiori, grandi e luminose. |

The room was over the moon beautiful and spacious....the shower was a rainfall type that was very nice to use, the bed was large and very cozy.The room was large and the mini bar being all free was a delight...the food services down in the lobby that were complmentary were also very good...the Dutch cheese and meat they set out at around 5pm was very nice.The breakfasts were amazing...especially the dutch pancakes. Cost was a little high but you pay for what you get and in this case you got alot. |

(Good points)Free drink/snack service at 1st floor/Nice access to sightseeing points/Room sandal that can be hardly seen in European hotels as amenity goods in a room/Friendly stuffs (Bad points)Steps at the front door so had to bring heavy suitcases/Door bell to ask front person to release the door each and every time/Only one set of everything(towel,cups etc) for 2 people in a room/Price for canal view room/If stay just for a night to sleep as business trip, I recommend this hotel. If you take someone special to make good memory by spending EUR260 for one night, then I don't. |

Extremely homely with friendly enthusiastic staff. Complimentary drinks breads cheeses and pates for guests was a nice surprise. Room cleanliness below standard. Carpets not cleaned/vacuumed thoroughly. |

Great location, very friendly, helpful staff. Love the full service concept. I tried to arrange an extended check out time and was frustrated at having to pay an extra night for 4 hours. Even when I agreed to do this it took 30 minutes to get confirmation which was frustrating |

I am a US citizen, travel alot for business and have been through Amsterdams Schiphol airport 3 times and was determined to see the 'old city' on my 4th trip. Took a shot in the dark with this hotel as it was close to the 'old city' and was I ever impressed. It is close to everything Amsterdam has to offer and wow, what a place. The staff was fantastic and the room was top notch, luxurious!. I was returning from Dubai so I had seen the best and this was right there. |

We had a very enjoyable stay. The Hotel facilities were excellent and all the staff were fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and we really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere that had been created. It did feel like home from home, with a splash of luxury thrown in! |

The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, in fact, they just couldn't be more helpful and accommodating - we had booked for 3 nights but due to ash crisis we stayed a further 3 and they booked sister hotel in brussells for us for another 3 v. nice hotel in B but staff were not quite so friendly or helpful We would not have chanaged anything - highly recommend this hotel and have done so since our return home |

Art deco interior, fabulous. Concept Hotel with "living room" and expresso machine, fridges with beer, water, soft drinks and wine after 5pm. Good continental breakfast with some hot options. Food and all drinks inclusive. Very comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. Full size bath and shower cubicle with rain shower. Staff very professional and attentive. Central location ideal for seeing all sights on foot. |

The hotel staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Loved the lobby area with nightly open bar and appetizers (gratis), which allowed guests to mingle and share stories. Breakfast (included in price) was served in a charming "kitchen" area and offered many hot and cold items freshly prepared. Location was central...right on one of the main canals and steps away from tram service. Rooms were stylishly decorated and bathrooms were clean. The rain shower was wonderful! |

The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful.Although our room was on the first floor,so near to the street,we did not find it noisy.Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.The complimentary minibar and lounge bar are a great ideas. Only a small detail i suppose,but the hot water was instantly very hot,so one had to be very careful when showering,etc. |
