Typical amsterdam hotel with very tiny rooms. clean. well situated (tramway close). Quite aera of Amsterdam especially at nighttimes. The hotel pretended to have problems with their credit card machine. We have been obliged to pay cash in advance. Receiving a receipt was a problem. |

The staff was very nice and we appreciated the hotel`s location - not far from the city centre. Also the breakfast was nice. There was just one working shower in the whole hotel and it was always occupied. Also the rooms were really small and didn`t look like in the picture. This hotel is indeed more suitable for young backpackers than for a family. |

cheap, clean, cozy hotel Credit card -machine was temporarily out of order but still we were asked to pay the hotel at the check-in. A bit disappointing beginning for vacation to start searching for ATM which would work/accept foreign credit cards. |

A good location, just 15 minutes walk from town, and round the corner from the zoo and botanic gardens. Nice area - couple of nice cafes and lovely bakery. Staff friendly, especially to children. Bright, airy room. Room was a bit shabby and needed painting, no plug in sink, breakfast limited in quality and choice, mildew in en-suite shower room, smelled smoky in lobby area. |

Location - close to the city center Dramatically small room with broken lamp and no TV remote control Desperately small bathroom with no soap etc and broken towel hanger Payment only by cash and only in advance (they said the credit card machine is out of order) Hopeless breakfast (rather fitting to a hostel not a **hotel) and only between 8 – 9:30 The hotel is definitely not worth its price If you want to spend 100 EUR per night,... |

Not much - the location was good, about 20 minute walk to the city centre The room was dirty and tiny, like ridiculously tiny. The ceilings were about 4 feet tall, and the room was cold. There was one shower for 30 rooms. They said the credit card machine was out of order so i had to pay cash, but im sure that was just to save the fee they get charged. |

Did not show same standards as shown in photos on website. The hotel was old and in need of an update. The room had mould/damp up the walls. There was no usefully locater powerpoints neither was there a vanity mirror. The shower needed to be held at a specific angle for the water to emerge from the hose. We heard every person in the hotel. |

During a two nigths stay the heating was not working well. The hotel switches it down many times. Only on request they will increase the heating, but not sufficient for the 3rd floor. The basic single room is very very small. The shower was removed. You have to shower on the second floor. Still construction work is ongoing opposit the hotel. The staff said they will start to work only at 8 am. |

Good situation, very quiet. Fair quality/price ratio for Amsterdam. Room (cheaper double room) was very tiny and not clean. TV not working. Shared facilities just next to the room, so that was good. Of course, some users are very dirty so the staff could clean them more often. Breakfast fair but too early (until 9.30 on a Sunday which doesn't allow you to party late on Saturday) and you have to pay for the orange juice! |

The location was good, the staff were helpful, the room was warm on a very cold night Shared bathroom was in fact one shower in a shared toilet for the whole hotel, my room was v small, there was no wireless, and the CCTV cameras in all the halls didn't make the place feel that welcoming, the ability to pay by card was not functioning |
