In a pleasant residential area close to Amsterdam Zoo. 10 minutes walking from the Rembrandtplein and the Waterlooplein.
There are good links with Central Station.
This hotel has all facilities like a 3 star hotel except we don't have an elevator.
Most rooms have private facilities,
all rooms have telephone, TV and a safe and WIFI access.

They clean your room every day, low prices, stuff are very kind, breakfast is good

there was some problems with the heating but it fixed by itself...

Unfortunately the Hotel building is quite noisy - you can hear people above your room, and coming up the stairs. It is a budget hotel, but the mouse or rat we heard in our room on the last night is inexcusable!!!!!

The Location was really good. Watch the taxi drivers trying to rip you off though! 40 euro from the station, should have been 15 euro max!

Close to Amsterdam Downtown, located in a nice area.

Access to the rooms is made through narrow and steep stairways, not adviseable for motorly disabled or extremely large people. Carrying luggage up to the rooms can be a pain.

The staff was really helpful, and they make us feel very welcome, really good with children. The room need it a bit or maintenance, the windows din not have any handles, so not very secure with children. The closet was falling apart.

Very little.

This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was tiny, and the en suite was so small you could not disrobe without the door open. The light switch in the room did not work, and when I opened one of the windows, it fell off its hinges.
