Decent breakfast buffet. Needs more fresh fruit. Clean and comfortable. QUIET especially so close to airport. Great shuttle service. Excellent wifi in rooms. Quite basic room. A bit high priced for what you get.

Absolutely nothing i won't stay there again Reception staff were overworked, barman didn't have change when i wanted a drink, resturant staff were unfriendly and finally the room was very very cold.

Location to airport and service to terminals, easy check in. Cleanliness and free parking. Room was cold, not cool, absolutely freezing cold, heating made no difference just a lot of noise, even with 2 x duvet and blanket it was not comfortable, unusual as most hotels are too warm..!!! Bathroom was like a fridge. Breakfast was ok, but at Euro19 it was terrible value, not a lot of choice of cooked/.hot food.

It was close to the airport and offered free shuttle. Does not have a printer for printing boarding passes prior to the flight. Very unusual for a facility at an airport. Staff was unwilling to help with use of a us to European adaptor.

Clean, comfortable room at reasonable price. Friendly staff. Good food, and the house red wine was superb! This the fourth time my wife or I have stayed at this hotel in the past 4-months. I never was able to successfully connect to the wireless Internet, although I had no trouble on previous visits.

Upon arrival (H. 9:00 pm on mid December ) room heating was not working. Several requests of assistance at the reception only resulted in suggestions to play with the air conditioning control, which yielded no success. After 1 hour from check-in, finally the reception employee realized and told me that the air conditioning system was not supposed to heat up; rather, the radiator, (well hidden behind curtains) was to be switched on by guest, upon arrival in the room (if the guest would just be aware of…) . However, after one additional hour the room temperature had not changed significantly. Further complaint at the reception desk finally made the lady manager in charge to show up, and after further checking, discussion and complaints of mine, I had the room changed to a more comfortable one; over 2 hours from my arrival, and at a time when I had planned to take some rest from a long business and travelling day, and restoring for the following, similar one. Now, there are only a few basic things that one is supposed to have from a hotel; a proper room temperature (especially winter time), is one of those; a little bit of assistance, when there is a need, is another. If such things are not available, after a 90 Euro (breakfast not included!) advance charge on your credit card, that is not a hotel; call it however you wish, but it isn’T. After one quick look at the restaurant hall, I decided it was more likely for me to get some proper food at the Mc Donald nearby, and that’s what I did. As a general note, not only to this hotel, but to the vast majority of them around the world, I am sure that most frequent travellers are fed up just like me, with reading/listening at claims that hotels do a lot of efforts to “save the environment” by keeping air conditioning and heating off, reducing towels washing, etc. why don’t you simply admit the simple and adamant truth; that is, hotels just try and save money?

Nothing it was horrible awful worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel internationally for a living and spend two of four weeks each month in hotels! This place was awful I would not recommend it to anyone who actually wants to sleep before an early flight. The entire night there was construction or something going on outside and it was so loud that sleeping longer than 20 minutes at a time was impossible. Although the heater was up all the way, the room never reached more than 17 degrees Celsius, which was so cold, it was hard to fall asleep after each time of being woken up. When i made these complaints, the staff didn't care.

The shuttle bus service starts relatively late for early morning travellers. It starts 06:15 AM when my flight departs 07:15 AM and many other flights leave even earlier.

Shuttle from and to airport every 30 minutes. Free wi-fi interntet. Fair price. Check-in and check-out time is at 12:00. There was a little dust in the room. Bathroom's floor gets all wet when you take a shower.

Close to airport Free shuttle Small gym and pool They charge the credit card at arrival but you get the receipt at check out, it is the only hotell that has this routine. Strange.

Bed was way to soft. The climate control didn't work. The bed covers were old and stained. I stayed here for its proximity to the airport, but it wasn't worth it. Would not stay here again. Talked with another couple who had spent the night as well who said the same thing, they would not stay there againveither.

Departure to the airport Our allocated room was dark and had no lights as the fluorescent lights had fused. The staff gave us another room after our request was rejected and we were 'accused' of not being able to operate the room card. Staff begrudgingly came to see our room and then let us know that it required a lot of work to reassign us to another room. The room had spiders/ bugs on the pillows and the chamber maid simply dismissed our claim until we took the pillow to her and showed her the problem - a pillow with bugs on it. The shuttle driver would not assist to load our luggage and we sat with suitcases on our laps in the small van on the way to the hotel. The breakfast is not worth E14 each and was old etc for the croissants. Why is there no soap in the rooms. That is not acceptable at all.We had to ask for soap and was given a little tube of foam. Our stay over of one night in transit to South Africa was poor and we will not return and we will tell our friends.

Free shuttle bus, bathrooms are very clean I will never stay there again because of the service, hotel staff was very rude, I was shocked to be honest, food in restaurant wasnt so good neither.

All hotel facilities are of a good standard. Free airport bus runs every 30 minutes. The young man who was on reception when I checked in made me wait for several minutes while he conducted other business with no excuse or explanation given. Not very preofessional, and no excuse as there was also a young girl on reception duties at the time as well who finally checked me in.

“We wanted a hotel with good access to Schipohl for our early morning flight. The Novotel served our purpose. Also, it is new, clean, quiet and has a professional staff.
