早朝、チェックアウトを一人で対応している為待ち時間が長い。カウンター内にいる他の担当者は行列を見て見ぬふりで、おもてなしの対応をお願いしたい。 |

シャワーのお湯と量が良くない。調整が困難。ユーロ高でこのクラスのホテルでも金額的には仕方ないのかな。 空港間とのシャトルバスは便利。 |

Clean quiet functional room, nicely appointed small fitness center and pool; wonderful service to/from airport. Could not print out Boarding Pass from lobby computer; wasted an hour trying. Understaffed, and some of the staff (male) were arrogant. |

Good size room, modern. Free parking and internet. Airport transfer service. (Can transfer to airport and get train into Amsterdam). Good for airport stop over or if working in area but not a holiday hotel. Car needed to visit local restaurants - but McDonalds on site. |

Proximity to airport - free parking and free airport shuttle I booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool facility which was under maintenance during our stay. The room was very ordinary and functional. |

Quick check in and close to airport. If you do not want to eat in the hotel you need a car. (But Mc Donalds is on site) |

Proximity to business meetings and airport. Personnel were unfriendly. After cleaning the room, I arrived in the evening to find my door not closed therefore subjecting my personal belongings to potential theft. |

Bathroom was very nice. Transfer to airport good service.reception area pleasant Room was poor for a luxury room,as booked.Would have been very annoyed if full price had been paid.No cups for hot drinks.Given some at reception + exchange kettle as one in room filthy. light bulbs missing from 3 lamps in room.Lamp shades grubby with dust . |

The hotel is naff for a 4 star. Also despite the fact that I expressed my intentions to travel at the same time each morning one particular receptionist constantly saked me what time, and then orders a taxi 40 minutes early. |

proximity to airport is nice; shuttle is great Did not seem like a 4-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination; very small and 1970s-style decor; bathroom was like a jail with a terrible shower |
