朝食が充実していた。欲を言えば、サラダ等生野菜があれば更によかったと思うが、ヨーロッパのホテルのビュ- ッフェ朝食はどこもそうだったので仕方ないのかもしれない。 空港からのシャトルバスが満員になっても増設してくれない。時間は貴重なのに、３０分に１本しかなく、もう- 一度待つ身にはつらい。朝のラッシュアワーにホテルを出発する時のバスは大きめだったので、予約客の到着時- 間や人数をよく読んで余裕のあるバスを手配してくれると助かる。 |

早朝、チェックアウトを一人で対応している為待ち時間が長い。カウンター内にいる他の担当者は行列を見て見- ぬふりで、おもてなしの対応をお願いしたい。 |

Free Shuttle, Free Parking, Ability to take cash out on Credit Card from front desk during normal banking business hours, proximity to airport. Breakfast cost is too high and when my colleague and I advised the staff the night we checked in that we would not be having breakfast, the next morning it was still charged to our room. They advised that it is automatically charged to the room unless you advise you did not have breakfast when you check out - what was the point of asking when we checked in then?! |

nice lobby, comfortable rooms and superb beds What happened to the chef in the kitchen? Is there one? Poor menue and mediocre food, besides overpriced. With the remote location of the motel, within an industrial area, one should expect a better run restaurant to meet the needs of the guests. |

Helpful staff, very clean, varied menu selection for breakfast Shuttle bus to airport did not run in accordance with timetable. Had to wait 45 minutes for bus to be collected from Airport, and 35 minutes for bus from Hotel to Airport. |

Nothing, really. Maybe convenience to the airport, but even the shuttle service was a hassle. Poor service, or should I say: no service (Note: I don't think the service staff executed poorly, there just never were enough. That means management is not staffing correctly!). The hotel was expensive for what you got. The breakfast cost extra. The internet was not readily available. The shuttle, although available at no cost, was overcrowded, and it was a hassle getting a seat. Run a bigger shuttle! And hire more people! |

Mouse running in the lobby!!! Tv in the room did not work!!! Room was not so clean!!! Room was very smelly!!! Free internet was not working as promised!!! Internet work only in lobby!!! Can not dial from room to lobby!!! |

The hotel was easy to locate and in a great position for the airport and also the motorway road system. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The food was very good and well priced. The staff were friendly and fun. We will stay there again without doubt. |

The Internet did not work, even though the service was mentioned free of charge in Booking.com. That was the reason I choose that hotel. The hotel was not ready for any conpensation, I asked to receive the breakfast free of chage and they refused. |

Clean quiet functional room, nicely appointed small fitness center and pool; wonderful service to/from airport. Could not print out Boarding Pass from lobby computer; wasted an hour trying. Understaffed, and some of the staff (male) were arrogant. |

Good size room, modern. Free parking and internet. Airport transfer service. (Can transfer to airport and get train into Amsterdam). Good for airport stop over or if working in area but not a holiday hotel. Car needed to visit local restaurants - but McDonalds on site. |
