It is very closed to the airport, the bus shuttle is free, the rooms are comfortable; Good quality/price ratio THe bus shuttle is only every 30 min and in the mornig, the bus was full so not everybody could get in

It was convenient for the airport and a free shuttle was available. The room was very hot and it was difficult to sleep at night for that reason.

Shuttle bus service One day the housekeeper started to clean our room, but left in the middle of the process and left our door open. Luckily nothing has dissapeared. On the corridor dirty sheets and towels were laying next to every door. Upon our arrival we reported the incidents. Next morning the corridor was still in the same state...

The location was convenient for picking up our extra travellers from the airport early in the morning. The wi-fi did not work. We had to take our laptop to McDonalds to be able to do anything. The room was basic and when we moved the bed we realised that the room had not been cleaned properly. The fitness facilities were very limited and the whole area smelled so strongly of chlorine that it made working out impossible.

The suite for 4 pax is really big and comfy and it's full of facilities E.g: fridge & microwave. the location is quite good as there's a free hotel shuttle bus to airport every half an hour where you can take public transport easily at the airport.

The reception staff was very helpful in many ways. 1. I had trouble with getting my boarding pass and they helped. 2.We arrived early and they did everything possible to get us to our room as soon as possible. 3. They went out of their way to accomodate us. inability to adjust room temperature. service in the restaurant was poor.

The staff were very friendly, the location for an early morning flight was great, free parking and access to the centre of Amsterdam with the hotel shuttle bus to the airport and train to Central station takes about 20 mins. I fly from Schipol regularly and will definitely stay here again .

We stayed at the Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel because of an early flight the next morning. Everything was lovely including the food in the restaurant and the sparkling clean rooms. We used the free internet access to contact family and took the shuttle to the airport in the morning. I would rate this hotel very high. The desk clerk was especially helpful and friendly helping us cope with currency differences and some of our other needs.

Decent breakfast buffet. Needs more fresh fruit. Clean and comfortable. QUIET especially so close to airport. Great shuttle service. Excellent wifi in rooms. Quite basic room. A bit high priced for what you get.

Absolutely nothing i won't stay there again Reception staff were overworked, barman didn't have change when i wanted a drink, resturant staff were unfriendly and finally the room was very very cold.

Location to airport and service to terminals, easy check in. Cleanliness and free parking. Room was cold, not cool, absolutely freezing cold, heating made no difference just a lot of noise, even with 2 x duvet and blanket it was not comfortable, unusual as most hotels are too warm..!!! Bathroom was like a fridge. Breakfast was ok, but at Euro19 it was terrible value, not a lot of choice of cooked/.hot food.
