Location. Food. Some stuff are helpfull I asked for a baby Cot 20 days before my stay, at 11:00 pm the reciptionist called and said that they can't find the baby Cot!!!!! He said on Monday I will get it!!!!!! I left after 8 days and they didn't find it yet!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for an Iron, the reciptionist said that his colleague arriving at 11:30 PM know where is it and they will put it next to my room door otherwise they will call me to inform me that they can't find it. Nothing happened. I was staying with my family in 2 rooms my wife was staying in one room in the morning when I was at work. The cleaning stuff cleaned the rooms 3 times in my 8 days stay. every day they find a strange reason (somebody was sleeping, somebody was inside, etc.) although there is always one room empty. STUFF is not professional

It was only 30 min from Amsterdam, which was great, had great parking, it was very clean, and most important to me, the staff spoke English.

We stayed there for 4 days.Room was big and nice. But room service was worst ever seen. Some of hotel staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Short bus (2.50 Euro) and then train (11 Euro round trip) to get to Amsterdam Centraal. Good quality rooms, comfortable beds. Definitely reccommend.

Keurige bediening, oplossing gericht. De kamer was steen koud en een uur was hij nog niet warm, het personeel heeft voor een andere kamer gezorgd.

De bediening erg gastvrij In de kamer enkele knoppen voor licht boven bed niet aanwezig dus eerst licht uit voor je je bed in gaat en bedden zijn niet tegen elkaar te schuiven. Kamer had 2 kleine handdoeken en maar 1 grote

Propreté, personnel efficace et aimable, grand parking gratuit, petit déjeuner, système de carte (clé), wifi efficace Situation géographique : loin de tout, loin des loisirs (restaurant, magasins, cinémas...), loin de la ville, rien à faire aux alentours, loin des arrêts de bus pour se déplacer, pas de "loisirs" à l'hôtel, pas de presse internationale, équipement minime

Bereikbaarheid. Parkeergelegenheid -kamer niet schoon; t.w. -vloer niet gestofzuigd -spinnenwebben in kamerplafond. -spinnenwebben, inclusief kleine vliegjes in raamkozijn en gordijnen. -vliegenlijken in vensterbank. -bed-omlijsting ook niet schoon -gelukkig was het bad wel schoon en het beddengoed ook. Overigens vinden wij de prijs van een ontbijt á €14,50 pp buitenissig, de helft is oké. Wij vinden het echt niet een hotel "de luxe "

La sua posizione, essendo situato vicino allo svincolo autostradale, comodo per il centro città e per accedere ad altre mete, es. Amsterdam o altri luoghi. Hotel buono. La doccia, un pò piccola ma nel complesso buono

het ontvangst aan de parking/receptie. de kamer netjes concept/top. de vlotte bereikbaarheid/parking. prijs/kwaliteit. ontbijtdame, was niet 100% bij haar gasten. ze is het eerste contact in een nieuwe dag bij Bastion.

Jammer dat er alleen maar kamers met 2 aparte bedden waren. De kamer was kleiner dan die we in december kregen toegewezen.De handdoeken doen veelgebruikt aan. Bij het ontbijt hadden we op zondagmorgen ook wel wat luxe broodjes zoals croissants verwacht.

Ideale ligging ivm Holland triathlmon Weinig vriendelijk bij receptie - wij stonden daar wa te apegaaien terwijl receptioniste telefoon na telefoon aannam zonder paar woordjes als " excuseer of momentje aub !!!

Aardige mensen en heerlijk ontbijt en rookafdeling aanwezig. Ramen van de slaapkamer kunnen niet open - wel een ventilatierooster maar geen bediening voor de ventor aanwezig. Ook heel veel spinnenwebben bij het raam - was heel vies
