Free parking which the hotel provides Acoustics in the room is very very poor. I could here people doing their business from the room above, below and adjacent to me. Even what they were doing in the corridor was loud and clear. Couldn't sleep for the whole night and had to cancel the 2 night stay. Very bad experience. Lastly, when did you see plastic cups to make tea and coffee. There was a LCD tv in the room and plastic cups to make tea, something fundamentally wrong.

Good for its price. 10 minutes walking from metro station. Anyway, in a long way from center. (During our staying part of metro line was closed. So we needed two transfers to get Central station). No interesting places near with hotel.

The hotel is outdated, cold, stark and lacking as a business hotel for the price you pay. The bathroom is horrible, there was no travel blow dryer, etc.

Nice free underground parking. Slow but free internet. Check in was at 12:00, we went at 14:00 and had to wait for the room at least 30 minutes. The room had not a "regular bath". The water could fluid all over the bathroom. Water pressure wasn't enough.

In relation to the price, rooms and restaurant are quite OK. The bath had a tub, we liked it. No bus or tram connection to the city. Metrostation is 10 Minutes away. Not all the staff is really friendly.

Excellent service from the staff and good food. There were two adults and one baby in the room yet there was only one towel. The food was a little over priced.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and decent. I had no problem with noise. The staff was very friendly. Parking was free. Next to the hotel is a fuel station were you can have cheap breakfast. At 10 min walk there is a metro station. When I go back to Amsterdam I will probably stay again in this hotel. If you want to return to the hotel at night, you will probably have to take a taxi because there are no metros after 12 and the nearest bus stop is quite far. .

Absolutely nothing. Far far far away from the city and that too the prices as compared to the city hotel is higher with regards to the size of the room. Its a burden living there in bastion as it get you fish our more money and no comfort. Never in my live I would recomend it to anyone. I left a day earlier

The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean. There were painters peeling tape at eight A.M. The computers were down so the early check-in that was promised didn't happen.

I was happy that I had a room in the end and was glad of the bright signage so I could find my way back to it easily. Also it's on the number 1 tram route which goes straight into the heart of Amsterdam. Bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area. There was an electric kettle and a bar fridge. They said they would hold my room until 6pm (I'd had to cancel and replace my credit card and so couldn't pay in advance). But when we got there a little before 5, they had rebooked our room to someone else. They offered us a room in their other hotel, which was closer to the city. They said it would cost 5 euros more per night, but when we got there, they charged us 55 euros more for the first night. I'd wanted a non-smoking but got a smokers' room with no ventilation but a small window that only opened a crack. The smell and smoke of tobacco hung thick in the air for the entire time. So it was a comparatively expensive room but there were only 2 very small paper cups to have tea from and no complimentary beverage sachets. The hotel staff were quite rude, frequently remarking "take it or leave it" with a general attitude that begrudged customer service of any kind. There was only one bath towel provided although it was a twin room.

It was the cheapest hotel I found for 3 stars in Amsterdam. It is quite nice, the room is well furnished and is nice. I didn't find any problem with the staff. The location of this hotel is horrible. The nearest metro station is quite far and it takes about 30-45 mins to reach the city center from there. Let's not talk about taxis to this place since they are ridiculously expensive. I requested to pay upon arrival and my petition was ignored.
