abbastanza silenzioso, non lontano dalla metrò, facile da trovare, personale gentile, parcheggio gratuito. è stato richiesto per iscritto una camera matrimoniale, invece mi è stato dato una stanza con due letti singoli, e la cosa non mi è piaciutà per niente. |

this hotel is just the class of 'highest necessary'. just for sleep, the breakfast is to little for to high price. just close your eyes and try to sleep. wake up in the morning and run! |

As we were driving across Europe it was good to leave the car safely undercover and take the metro into Amsterdam. The travel card was good value for money and we were only 6 minute ride away from the city. I didn't like the dark stained bed covers! It was much nicer looking at the clean white sheets and duvet covers. Why was the breakfast so expensive? |

David on the front desk was very helpful regarding directions The hotel website is not up to date with information about the metro which made getting there difficult. The bin in the bedroom was not empty. There was no soap or other toiletry in the bathroom. |

We were very impressed with the staff manning the front desk, bar and the restaurant - although they were stretched, dealing with many people, they were good humoured and professional. Extended breakfast was most appreciated, after a late night due to a concert. We had selected this hotel because it was close to the ArenA, however the transport link with the ArenA was not as good as expected. A shuttle bus for big events would improve the situation, even if a charge was raised. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum. |

although the hotel is a bit of a distance from the city centre, there is easy access from the train station close by. The hotel staff where also more than happy to call for a taxi. Another up side would be the fact that the hotel is open all night but secured by staff so no rushing back before they lock you out!. Bar and Resturant great and and also good value for money |

The room was very nice and clean and I felt my car to be safe. The air conditioner did not work. The web site lead us to belive the hotel was downtown Amsterdam next to the train station. Only to find out it wasn't the main train station. But we felt safe in this particular area. |

Free underground parking, clean and spacious rooms (we stayed in deluxe room), friendly stuff, breakfast was ok for its price (although, I'd prefer it to be included in the room price). It's an excellent place if you come to Amsterdam by car and use this hotel as a base. The nearest metro station is 15 minutes walk through the industrial zone (and then 10-15 minutes to the center of Amsterdam by metro). Breakfast was not included in the room rate. |

Hotel located far from center, 3 stations but to metro station is about 10 minutes go on foot. Location of building is not very suitable, after the exit you will get to road with high traffic, to nearest crosswalk you will go to oposite direction. |

we werden op een hele nette en vriendelijke wijze begroet, de receptioniste was erg behulpzaam omtrend het geven van de door ons gevraagde info. ook werd direct aangeboden om een taxi voor ons te regelen naar de plaats van bestemming. bij terugkomst werd geinformeerd of we een fijne avond hadden gehad en was er de mogelijkheid om nog even gezellig aan de bar nog even wat te drinken. |

goed restaurant, goede kamers. Personeel was vriendelijk, maar de organisatie was niet gestroomlijnd. Alle handelingen duurde nogal lang (in- en uitchecken, internet toegang krijgen, afrekenen, etc.) De bereikbaarheid naar de RAI was zeker niet zo goed als aangegeven. Eerst moet een drukke weg worden overgestoken, zonder dat er een oversteekplaats is en dan nog 2-3 km lopen tot aan metrostation. Beetje teleurstellend, omdat ik met een zakelijk klant onderweg was. Taxi is toch veel beter!! |

Vriendelijk, service gericht personeel. Ontspannen sfeer. Uitstekende faciliteit voor een kort verblijf. Niet echt een punt van verbetering, maar de ontbijttijden zouden door de weeks met een uur verlengd kunnen worden tot 10 uur, een geste voor de niet zakelijke bezoeker. Gezien de aard van het hotel, gericht op zakelijke klanten, is de huidige regeling te begrijpen... |

Netjes, strak, eenvoudig bereikbaar, gratis parkeren. Te veel versoberd: Kartonnen bekertjes voor de koffie op de kamer, plastic glaasjes voor de minibar, geen washandjes of wasdoekjes. Wel twee badlakens maar slechts een handdoek voor twee personen, verouderde tv met beperktr kanaalkeuze (+/- 15 stuks) |
