Helpful staff, easy parking, straightforward nice room. It was a Sunday night, and very quiet. To use the wi-fi internet service, guests have to re-configure their laptops to use the hotel's own proxy server and webmail service. I have never encountered this elsewhere, and it's a nuisance not only to do, but aslo to have to cancel the re-configuration after the visit to restore normal wi-fi access in other hotels. But at least the access was free. |

Despite the hotel not being ready (no evening meal available as no kitchenstaff) and there being a mix up with the rooms which had not been cleaned, the guy on duty was very helpful and apologetic and sorted out the problem to our satisfaction straight away It is too far away from the town centre and not easily accessible without a car, this is ok for a road side hotel for through travel or business people but less good for tourism or family. Also the site was covered in sand from building works outside and that was annoying as there was sand everywhere |

There was major refurbishment going on at the hotel. But despite this the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful - good value for money. |

The staff tried to solve personal problems. Free internet. To inform that the train station that serves the hotel is not the central station and the intercity trains do not stop there. If we choose the hotel because it is near the station as says the information in the site, we are wrong and we have to take a taxi or a regular regional train that leaves every hour. |

24-uurs receptie. slechts een handdoek op de kamer voor 2 gasten, dit was echter snel opgelost door de receptioniste. Een van beide bedlampjes zat geen gloeilamp in. Geen slot op de badkamerdeur. |

Vlak bij m'n werk...:( Ik had bij reservering gevraagd om een kamer in de nieuwbouw, maar niet gekregen. De oude kamers zijn erg krap en echt niet meer van deze tijd. De tv is zeer klein en van slechte kwaliteit. Renovatie is echt noodzakelijk...! |

Personnels tres accueillants (2 receptionistes sur les 3 que j'ai eu parlaient francais), internet gratuit, parking gratuit et surveille, chauffe eau dans la chambre. Un peu loin du centre mais la station de train est juste en face de l'hotel. Par contre 10 min en voiture. |

Hadden een goed toegankelijke en gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur. Geluiddichte kamer, ondanks spoorlijn in direkte nabijheid; dus goed en ongestoord kunnen slapen. |

Personnel sympathique, bonne situation géographique, parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Chambre vétuste. Accès au 1er étage par un tout petit escalier en colimaçon, très inconfortable. Trop cher (j'ai payé 85 euros + 11.50 Petit- déjeuner) pour le confort proposé. |
