It was expensive for a budget class hotel

The location of this hotel is more or less good. Also, the room, although small and simple, was clean.

We requested a non smoking room but we were placed next to the smoking area of the hotel and the entire hallway outside of our room reeked of smoke. Also, the price is very high for the quality of the hotel.

Relatively close to the city center (Museumplein).

Staff was good and reachable.

Some fire alarm kind of thing banged at midnight 2-3 times and that kept us woke up whole night... Was not a good experience. And though we booked as couple, we did get twin beds and not double beds.

Hotel with nice accomodation. Not in the city center, but with good train connection, only one line to go to dam square.

Bathroom too small, way to arrive at the train stop kind of desert.

The price, quite hotel, free internet access

Personel at the reception not friendly (even rude sometimes). Breakfast too expensive,

The location is not far away from the airport.

My wife and I are quite disappointed at this hotel. We spent nearly 400 euros for 3 nights, and we cannot get the even the hair dryer. We've been requesting this hair dryer for 3 times, and even left a note with the staff in the reception, but we never saw a hair dryer during our stay. The location is near the airport, but it is actually quite far away from the city center, which is around 25 mins by tram. When we were going to check out the hotel, the hotel manager made a big mistake of the total amount of the invoice, nearly 100 euros more and including the breakfast, which obviously we did not have it. This is really not professional and the overall experience is awful.

Is better to don't have breakfast because you pay 13,50€ to eat packaged food and bad quality.With that price you can have nice breakfast in the town.

Goede service, vriendelijk personeel. Prijs was goed aangezien je zo in de stad was. Met de tram was het slechts enkele haltes en lopend doe je er (maar) 3 kwartier over. Parkeren ook top! De auto stond netjes achter het hek.

De ligging was prima en de kamer was schoon, wat erg belangrijk is.

Molto carino l'hotel e personale molto disponibile. Si mangia bene ed è molto tranquillo.

è un po lontano dal centro. E I prezzi x pranzi o cena sono un pò alti.

Al meer dit hotel geboekt en bevalt prima, zal ook niet de laatste keer zijn dat we hier overnachten. Gewoon prima hotel en en heel belangrijk.......... Heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Tot volgende keer Rinus en Jenny
