Staff ere really friendly and helpful made us feel welcome

Breakfast was just an egg on a plate

It was expensive for a budget class hotel

Arrived early expecting to leave luggage with the porter but was able to get into room, which was a real bonus.

It was a little further out than we had realised. However it was on a tram route.

The price, quite hotel, free internet access

Personel at the reception not friendly (even rude sometimes). Breakfast too expensive,

The location is not far away from the airport.

My wife and I are quite disappointed at this hotel. We spent nearly 400 euros for 3 nights, and we cannot get the even the hair dryer. We've been requesting this hair dryer for 3 times, and even left a note with the staff in the reception, but we never saw a hair dryer during our stay. The location is near the airport, but it is actually quite far away from the city center, which is around 25 mins by tram. When we were going to check out the hotel, the hotel manager made a big mistake of the total amount of the invoice, nearly 100 euros more and including the breakfast, which obviously we did not have it. This is really not professional and the overall experience is awful.

The hotel is located nearby Amsterdam Lelylaan train station and well comunicated with the centre (via tram, line 1, ab. 20 min). Good for short visit to Amsterdam.

Для навигатора обратите внимание на адрес из подтверждения - надо ехать к дому 11

До центнра на такси 20 евро Рано заканчивается завтрак

역에서 조금 떨어져 있으나 여유를 가지고 산책한다는 기분으로 찾기에는 안성마춤인듯 하다. 식사가 마음에 들었음

시설이 한국인 정서에는 조금 미흡하다 생각됨

Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi, silenziose e soprattutto pulite, il personale è piuttosto cortese e disponibile, ci ha fornito molte indicazioni, ci ha tenuto I bagagli sia all'arrivo (in anticipo rispetto all'orario di consegna delle stanze) che al ritorno (glieli abbiamo lasciati per fare un ultimo giro in città). E' vicino all'autostrada e quindi comodissimo per chi è in macchina. E' molto vicino, precisamente a due fermate di tram, alla stazione Lelylann (o nome simile) alla quale si arriva dopo un'unica fermata di treno dall'aeroporto di Schipol di Amsterdam.

La colazione è cara (circa 12 euro fisse a testa al giorno) e conviene solo se si ama la colazione a buffet che comprende principalmente cibo salato. La posizione è piuttosto scomoda, ma non per la distanza dal centro, bensì per la distanza dai mezzi. Il problema si noterà di meno non appena termineranno I lavori sui marciapiedi che permettono di raggiungere il tram, attualmente bisogna passare sotto al ponte vicino all'hotel e fare un lungo percorso a piedi per raggiungere la fermata più vicina. Consiglio la fermata "Surinaplaces.." O con il nome simile.

Parkeren, zou daarom een volgende keer niet naar dit Bastion hotel gaan. Is grond genoeg en zit je met je auto te kloten in een driehoekje:(:(

Dit hotel ligt in de buurt van het St Lucas Andreas ziekenhuis waar ik gedurende 2 dagen werk. De kamer is netjes en de bedden zijn goed. Het is rustig gelegen en heeft een privéparking. Het restaurant heeft geen uitgebreide kaart maar het eten is prima !! Ik heb al terug geboekt voo rmijn volgend bezoek. Tinneke

Nette kamer en prima bed. Alleen het douche putje bleef stinken (het enige minpuntje) Verder prima hotel.
