Nothing, because I was so irritated from the staff- very arrogant, unhelpfull and unfriendly Such a burucratic check in I had only in bastion hotels my personal.i wont reccomend this hotel to anyone, even I will tell everybody too look for other hotels in the area.VERY Arrogant, unhelpfull and unfriendly staff |

Informal friendly welcoming hotel, very compact. Courteous helpful staff. 12 noon check out was a good idea. Bathroom was cleaned & fresh bed linen left on beds for next guests, whilst we were at breakfast before we had checked out. We used bathroom again - don't know if it was cleaned again. |

Was een net en schoon hotel. Het was erg warm op de hotelkamer, 2de verdieping onder plat dak en geen airco of ventilator. |

Gezellig ingericht, goede service en bijzonder aardig personeel. Prachtig weer; heerlijk op het terras gezeten. Heerlijk gefietst door de Kennemerduinen. Gelukkig kamer aan de voorzijde. Achterzijde kunnen last hebben van geluidsoverlast MacDonalds. |

We waren ruimschoots op tijd voor het ontbijt; desondanks ontbrak het een en ander zoals eieren, scrambled eggs, gebakken spek en jus d'orange. Als je desondanks 12,50 euro per persoon rekent vinden wij dat een slechte beurt. |

Uitgebreid ontbijt is heel goed. Locatie: korte afstand tot strand en zee en enkele steden is ideaal. Lampje boven het bed is niet comfortabel om bij te lezen. |

Hotel ligt dicht bij het natuurgebied Kennemerduinen en ook dicht bij Haarlem. We hebben heerlijk gefietst in de omgeving. Niet tevreden over lawaai van bezoekers van de nabij gelegen McDonalds. |

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Een speciale rokersruimte voor de rokers onder ons. Nette en ruime kamers. Dikke laag stof op de witte wijn in de minibar (die ook niet aan stond). Vloer badkamer snel nat door het kleine randje van de douche. |

Leider hat uns dort gar nichts gefallen. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen! Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Der Service war zwar i.O., aber das Hotel ist alt und verwohnt. Die Zimmer sind alt, dunkel und vor allem sehr unsauber. Das BaD war dreckig und der Fußboden hat so geklebt, dass man nicht barfuß dort hinein wollte/konnte. Auch das Duschen war unangenehm. |

abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff e la vicinanza alla città di Haarlem Avevamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori ma non siamo stati accontentati e questo ci ha molto disturbati perchè siamo due non fumatori. Forse usare dei deodoranti per ambienti (da parte dell'albergo) ci avrebbe reso il soggiorno sicuramente più gradevole perchè l'odore acre del fumo si poteva sentire anche nella zona dei non fumatori. E' per questi motivo che non raccomandei l'hotel |
