Excellent heavy curtains keep the room very dark so that I was able to have a very good sleep. Much better in this respect than most hotels. The wireless internet signal was very strong and fast in our rooms (though we were near to the lobby so perhaps this is not true throughout the hotel). We were not very impressed by the food in the restaurant. There is nothing in walking distance.

Was surfing the purpose for our trip to Ameland the next morning It was extremely hard to find the entrance to the Hotel, due to road construction and signs which were placed in an awkward way!

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, better than at any other hotel I have stayed at. It was excellent value for money with an amazingly good selection at breakfast and a much better than expected evening meal menu. The towels could have been larger/fluffier and the shower curtain less skimpy, those are the only 2 things they could improve on.

Ja het eten was slecht. Ik bestelde een vegetarische pastaschotel en ik kreeg bami met ketjap en een plak gesmolten kaas erover heen. Dit voldeed niet aan mijn verwachting.

Vriendelijk personeel in restaurant. Schone kamers. Inchecken duurde te lang, personeel was met meerdere dingen tegelijk bezig, maar vergat de nieuwe gast. Geen lift aanwezig, met zware koffers / veel bagage, is dit hotel niet aan te raden.

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, gezellig restaurant, eten prima en uitstekend ontbijt. Voor 7,50 kreeg ik een zeer uitgebreid lunchpakket mee in een koeltasje.

Qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding een uitstekend hotel om te overnachten. Aangezien ik voor het werk daar overnachte en ik ook in het hotel gebleven ben, kan ik niet oordelen over de omgeving of uitgaans of winkel mogelijkheden. Ik vond de badkamer. En dan mert name de douche, wel erg krapjes.

Dat we hier tot laat in de avond konden eten. Wij hadden de kamer op de begane grond direct naast de trap. Hier is veel contactgeluid van schuivende stoelen vanuit het restaurant. Vooral ´s morgens vroeg, vanaf 6.00 uur, hinderlijk. Eenvoudig op te loossen met villten doppen onder de stoelen.
