The bathroom facilities were great. Mini-fridge was convenient. The room was clean. The room was shabby and small. The beds were uncomfortable. No double beds available, only two singles pushed together. Breakfast was mediocre. Poor value for the money, even with a last-minute rate. |

Conveniently located only 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport, and more economical that other hotels in the area. Good breakfast and courteous staff. We forgot to ask for non smoking, and the staff was happy to change our room for us. |

The breakfast was excellent, the desk help was for the most part helpful and very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing you can do about it, but there is very little shopping or food places to even walk to. Very isolated area. |

Volledig standaardhotel voor een normale prijs. Niets bijzonders, maar ook niets mis mee. Goed bed, rustige en schone kamer. Iets verrassends om het verblijf een tikje aangenaam te maken zou aardig zijn. Bijvoorbeeld bij het ontbijtbuffet. |

Frit internet - det gjorde udslaget. Uddan personalet således at de: 1. Kender nærmeste større virksomheder (hotellet ligger mindre end 15 km fra ESTEC (www.esa.int) og ingen i receptionen havde hørt om stedet - svarer vel til at danskere ikke kender Novo eller Carlsberg) 2. Kender til taxa/trafik situationen lokalt således at de kan vejlede/rådgive gæster korrekt. |

Hotel znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji jesli dojeżdzamy samochodem.Nie polecam dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi ponieważ mają dodatkowe łózka ale nie mają krzesełek do karmienia i w sezonie jesienno- zimowym jest w tym hotelu naprawdę zimno. brak krzesełka do krmienia dla dziecka, zimno w pokojach brak oświetlenia |

Dat we een dak boven ons hoofd hadden. BIj aankomst konden we maar net geholpen worden door de dame, die het veels te druk had met poolen met vrienden. Enorme rooklucht in hele hotel, inclusief kamer. Kamer zeer oudbollig en belachelijk hoeveel geld je hiervoor moet betalen. Badkamer smerig en alles is oud! Jammer. |

Die Lage eignet sich gut für den Besuch der Stadt Leiden.Frühstück ist auch o.k.wird aber zusätzlich berechnet Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr dunkel da v.on aussen dichte Büsche gewachsen sind |

Очень аккуратный чистый номер с новой мебелью. В номере сейф, бесплатный wi-fi, что тоже не может не радовать. Вокруг зеленая зона, цветочки - все очень приятно. Недалеко остановка автобуса в центр. Впрочем, до центра тоже недалеко - пешком минут 15-20. Хорошо, что завтрак не включен в стоимость - всегда есть выбор. Неудобно, что в номере нет фена. На стене в номере жуткая картина - ржавая дверца холодильника - вряд ли всем туристам до такой степени нравится современное искусство. |

Nous avions reservé un emplacement sécurisé pour nos byciclettes, personne n'était au courant, et elles ont passé la nuit dehors. Alors à quoi avoir des exigences spéciales. Payer un garage n'aurait pas posé de prôblêmes!!! |
