fitness facilities they only have seperate beds. On wheels, so they roll. Not a very big problem, but also not the best idea for a romantic stay |

Staff is very relaxed and kind. Anything you ask or any problem is solved immediately. Well, the hotel is really good value for your money but if I have to mention something than it would be the size of the rooms. The standard rooms are not so big. |

The location Staff - not very helpful, friendly, but not efficient. i asked for some toothpaste and i was told to have a mint instead as they didnt have any. Room cleanliness - There were about 30 mints underneath my bed, the beds were also not made properly. Facilities - This is not a 4 star hotel, nor is it in any way deluxe |

Nice room and bathroom. Nice breakfast I did not like being woken at 10pm (it is not unreasonable to want to sleep at this time) to be asked whether I wanted a towel or not (we had some in any case) and then to have to listen to the same thing happening to each of the other rooms along the corridor. And then the next day we did not have towels and had to ask for some in the late afternoon (which then took a while to arrive). |

The helpfulness of the staff. Staff could not make safe in room work. Also had to report a broken shower-head. It did not feel as though prompt maintenance was a high priority. |

Small town and could walk everywhere. Parking was easy and staff at front desk was very nice. Location was convenient Hotel is a bit dated which is not what the pictures looked like on the Web. |

1)light in the room does hardly enable to de some reading 2) the person at the reception deals at the same time with the bar and the restaurant resulting in more waiting time ! 3) breakfast during the week finishes at 9! |

Good location, easy reach of the shops, restaurants and ad hoc. Certainly very comfortable and pleasant staff. Very clean which is a top top point for us. Unfortunatley, a noisey road, we had the disadvantage of looking out of the boschstraat and had the sphinx opposite - the amount of traffic especially buses and taxis was unexpected the road is made of cobble stones and is therefore very noisy and suseptable to traffic going by. We would definitely go back to the hotel but ask for a quiet room! |

'We were not very happy with the fire alarm starting at 3,30 in the morning. The receptionist was freaking out screaming that it was no fire and it took 40 minutes before we could go back to the room because of the noice. |

It is ideally situated for visiting the centre of Maastricht (5 minutes walk to the Vrithof), yet still in a quiet area. My room was not serviced on one day and no towels left the second day. I was also overcharged by 65Euros for the mini-bar that I did not use |

It was in close proximity to most of the sights, garage parking reasonably priced. Poor service from staff, facilities were lacking (advertised spa, but no spa), room wasn't up to 4 star standards, breakfast was inadequate and price too high, room too expensive - pretty much like the rest of Maastricht. |

Possibility of parking nearby the hotel. Close to the city centre The room was dirty. A lot of air and noise was coming out of the window. It was very cold. The hotel and the room smelled bad. It was poorly ventilated and the smell of tabacco was every where. It is allow still to smoke there. unflexible. |
