こちらも英語が得意ではないが，スタッフも得意ではなかったためか，こちらのクレームに面倒くさそうな顔で- 対応していた．

Nice room and bathroom. Nice breakfast

I did not like being woken at 10pm (it is not unreasonable to want to sleep at this time) to be asked whether I wanted a towel or not (we had some in any case) and then to have to listen to the same thing happening to each of the other rooms along the corridor. And then the next day we did not have towels and had to ask for some in the late afternoon (which then took a while to arrive).

The helpfulness of the staff.

Staff could not make safe in room work. Also had to report a broken shower-head. It did not feel as though prompt maintenance was a high priority.

1)light in the room does hardly enable to de some reading 2) the person at the reception deals at the same time with the bar and the restaurant resulting in more waiting time ! 3) breakfast during the week finishes at 9!

Good location, easy reach of the shops, restaurants and ad hoc. Certainly very comfortable and pleasant staff. Very clean which is a top top point for us.

Unfortunatley, a noisey road, we had the disadvantage of looking out of the boschstraat and had the sphinx opposite - the amount of traffic especially buses and taxis was unexpected the road is made of cobble stones and is therefore very noisy and suseptable to traffic going by. We would definitely go back to the hotel but ask for a quiet room!

It is ideally situated for visiting the centre of Maastricht (5 minutes walk to the Vrithof), yet still in a quiet area.

My room was not serviced on one day and no towels left the second day. I was also overcharged by 65Euros for the mini-bar that I did not use

very close to the city center.

the central location of this hotel is a big advantage,as well as the own car park!

The restaurant is very poor, long waits for food and the food was very short on ingredients and expensive. The bill when presented was overstated by more than € 100.

Goede lodatie: direct bij uitvalswegen en op loopafstand naar Centrum.

Ik vond de grootte van de kamer erg tegenvallen; zeker gezien denaamgeving Bastion de luxe.... Erg vol en propperig!!
