Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Personeel is multitasking. Wij vonden het heel erg bewonderenswaardig dat je jonge man die werkzaam was op 7 Januari en 8 Januari zowel de kok was als de gastheer. Het eten was heel erg goed.

Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Er werd omdat de gekookte eieren op waren speciaal enkele nieuwe gekookt , hoewel wij waarschijnlijk de laatste ontbijters waren

er werd een personeelslid toegesproken op iets wat hij niet goed had gedaan terwijl wij net aan kwamen lopen,wij vinden dat dat op een andere lokatie had moeten gebeuren en niet in een openbare ruimte.

Het bed sliep uitstekend. Het personeel is vriendelijk, professioneel. Het ontbijt is prima. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vind ik matig. De kamer en badkamer hebben maar een beperkte omvang, ik vind de prijs daar niet bij passen.Ik slaap normaliter in een ander hotel in de buurt van Nijmegen. De kamers zijn daar veel ruimer, de prijs is lager. Ik slaap alleen in het Bastion als dat andere hotel vol is. Ik zal dat hotel derhalve ook eerder aanbevelen bij anderen. Ik zou dan ook het liefst bij de vraag hieronder over aanbeveling bij anderen invullen: misschien.

Morgenbuffet Leider war ich in einem Raucherzimmer untergebracht, welches wohl schon sehrlange und sehr stark zu diesem Zweck verwendet wurde. Jedenfalls habe ich keine einzige Minute geschlafen, da der Duft nach altem Rauch so überwiegend und brennend stark war. Ich habe sogar in Erwägung gezugen im Auto schlafen zu gehen. Dazu tropfte die Toilette und auch reserve Klopapier suchte ich vergebens. Einziger Trost, das Morgenessen war toll, konnte aber den Aufenthalt auch nicht mehr wesentlich verbessern.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und konntenn auch gut deutsch. An einem Morgen gab es kein Wasser auf den Zimmern, d.h. Zähne putzen ,waschen,duschen, Toilette alles nicht möglich. Das war ärgerlich zumal es von seiten des Hotels hier keinerlei Erklärung o.ä.gab. Schlecht ist das es immer Probleme gibt wenn man als Alleinreisender ein Doppelzimmer buchen muß ( wenn kein Einzelzimmer verfügbar bist ). Dann wird mit der Rechnung immer auch automatisch 2 x Frühstück u. 2 x Kurtaxe abgezogen. Das ist mir nicht das erste Mal in ein einem Bastion Hotel passiert. Den Fehler bemerkt man erst wenn man die Rechnung bekommt u.der Betrag schon abgebucht ist. Das dann wieder zurück zu buchen ist sehr aufwendig.

Ik heb eigenlijk te kort gelogeerd maar ondanks dat moet ik zeggen dat het mij zeer goed is bevallen. Schone, goede bedden, schone en ruime kamers. Beeld van de tv was niet te genieten: kleuren en helderheid waren niet prettig. De bromtoon van de koelkast was wel storend. Badcel was wel iets te klein voor mijn postuur.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede kwaliteit van eten. Een douche met een betegelde vloer met een douchegordijn. Een leeslamp boven het bed waar je zittend op bed je hoofd flink kan bezeren...
