cheaper than the much better Grand Winston room very basic. Cold. Did not appreciate paying EU27 for 2 breakfasts (booked for one person) - this is a booking trick to extract more money. |

Very friendly staff & good internet access I did not like the fact that the room rate is different once you arrive at the hotel as they automatically upgrade you and you pay an extra Euros 30 per night! |

Proximity to my meeting place. My room was too expensive for what it was in terms of facilities and maintenance. I did not get hotwater in my bathroom for two days out of my five days stay, and their staff was not interested. |

Wat ons opviel, was de buitengewoon vriendelijke en behulpzame houding van het personeel. Daar zou het personeel van menig (veel duurder) hotel een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen. Deksprei van bed zat vol vlekken. Douchekop niet afneembaar, voor een vrouw niet aangenaam vanwege kapsel! |
