First, I arrived quite late and when I received my key I was not asked if I want a smoking or non-smoking room. When I found my room it turned out to be an (ex) smoking room, so it was quite stinky. Since I stayed there only for 2 nights I did not ask for another room, but in most places you are given an option at least. On top of that it was not as clean as I expected. The second day basically there was no water pressure in the shower head so had to leave without a good morning shower. While the staff was friendly (I got a quick response from the hotel manager regarding some minor modification of my invoice), the same person works at the reception and serves the breakfast so the time to check out may take quite long. |

Pleasant reception area - well kept room My room stank of smoke - I asked for non-smoking. They tried to charge me 20euros more than the booked price - even when I showed them the confirmation. Took half an hour to get it sorted. This was at midnight when I really wasn't in the mood! |

room fridge, courtesy and ambience, tea-making facilities in room, nice food, easy walk into town, nearness to main trunk road. room lighting could have been brighter for my liking. difficult to open toiletry packets without scissors.no loose sugar in the restaurant, had to open a lot of packets for my cereals' sugar. |

Reasonable size room. Staff polite. Breakfast: - Cold meats, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, fried egg cooked to order, scrambled egg and bacon (which they took an age to fill up when it had been emptied). About 25 minutes walk from centre. Great location for visiting Trappist Brewey. |

close to centre, free parking, good shower, good speed internet connection. the restaurant is small and crowded. Indoor temperature in the restaurant was also too high, maybe the central heating need to be tuned down. |

all staff was very friendly the old bed! it is known that a lot of people (not only old people) have problems with their back/low back; more comfortable /healthier beds wouldn't be a luxus |

De ontvangst was beleefd en hartelijk , de bediening erg voorkomend . Je merkt dat het personeel goed bezig is met hun werk . De stofzuiger mag ook weleens onder de bedden komen . Ze zijn simpel opzij te schuiven . |

,Goede kamers , ontbijt was uitstekend en de centrale ligging Toen wij aankwamen vond er een hevige discussie / ruzie plaats tussen twee mensen .Wij konden hiervan "meegenieten ". Ik vond dit erg hinderlijk. |

Vriendelijke staf, behulpzaam Ondanks schriftelijk verzoek tijdens mijn e-booking om geen dons beddengoed te hebben lag dit toch op mijn bed bij aankomst 's nachts. Gelukkig heeft één van uw medewerkers dit meteen kunnen vervangen door een kussen met synthetische vulling. |
