It is an ideal place close to town and to where our relatives live. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you need anything. The restaurant food was very nice and you are able to drink in the bar if you wish.
The location was absolutely perfect for us to visit the Abbey O.L.V. Koningshoeven / La Trappe Brewery as we could park the car at the hotel and walk to the Abbey. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast.
Nothing of note.
Friendly staff. Fast and easy to use internet connection.
The hotel was good standard, nothing special. Nothing worth seeing anywhere close around the hotel.
It was a great location and didn't cost much to travel to where we wanted to go.
very polite and helpful staff, flat TV, tea and coffee making possibility in the room, free mineral water in the room
Close to festival!
No bike rental
Friendly staff, good food
Out of town away from other restaurants and shops
Free use of the internet.
Food for one member of our group was not very warm.
- 24 hour check in
Cleaning staff were chatting loudly in the hallway in the morning. They also repeatetly tried to enter our room (to clean I presume) whilst we were there with door locked. Bar staff was friendly.
Convenient location as a compromise between the city centre and the airfield we were visiting the next day.
Room was pretty comfortable, with all the basics plus little fridge for drinks and a kettle for coffee/tea. It's all clean and neat. A nice place to stay a night while riding a bike/driving a car through.
It's not quite near anything except probably being the closest hotel to the De Koningshoeven Brewery. OTOH Tilburg is not about much sightseeing anyways.
Clean room. Fridge and kettle in the room. Hotel located in a walking distance to the city centre.
The washbasin was blocked and it wasn't fixed although we asked for it at the reception. A safe was out of order too.
really nice hotel. very clean, and quiet.
The location is very calm and quiet. Service is also good. you will enjoy midnight parties just besides your room with no noises interrupt you! And very close to Jumbo shopping center.
It is pretty expensive, and pretty far from city center.
Friendly and efficient staff, basic but clean and comfortable room
nice stay, center of the city nearby.
Small room. no storage space in bathroom. very little tea or coffee in room enough for one cup each a day. small window that only opened a tiny bit. no mirror over table to do hair or makeup .shower soaked whole of bathroom floor every time. towels smelt awful . Only one assessable socket in the room. Very dull lighting.
- free wifi - good breakfast - free parking
Everything it was not clean and the service was crap
Price, too much
simply the worst hotel i've ever been into. i'd like to express all the disgust out of it but unfortunately my disappointment is so varied and big that i fear i can't express it 100% with my english (not my mother tongue). Let's start from the beginning: 1)not a single sign of it from the station 'till the entrance. the lighted HOTEL capital letters were always shut down, and having got there in night, i didn't saw it and that cost me and my friend 30 minutes more wandering around; 2) when we got in, we asked for a car renting company in the city. the girl at the reception didn't know any info about it (which could even be true, and fine) but did care not a little bit about our needing, showing unwillingness of taking care and inform herself and us; 3)not one double bed in the whole hotel (are you kidding?); 4)the whole ambience, room above all, modestly lit. even getting all lights on, the atmosphere couldn't detach itself from looking like that of a cemetery; 5)lamps above the beds seemed to be made out of truck's plates; 6)all the canvas in the hotel, but the one in our room above all, look scary, and i mean SCARY. Ours looked like the background for a zombie videogame cover, being a wall with lots of rusty slices; 7)room was cold when we got in, and the heating system, just like almost the whole hotel, is at least 40 years old; 8)one word for the bathroom: distressing; the shower wasn't even separated from the rest of the bathroom, being just divided by a plastic blanket; 8) the aisle smelt somewhat like a mix of new car's smell and smoke.. disturbing; 9)the night before leaving, i asked to print some important papers for my flight back home: i didn't have laptops nor smartphones with me, and the free pc had a broken internet connection (just in time!).
All good, but clerk wouldn't let me use wifi to book the room so I had to go to a bar to get bookings.com price which was 30% lower:)
