The room was clean. There was a bus/tram stop close by. My room was too noisy which was very annoying. Very expensive breakfast (not included in the room price).

Clean. Restaurant staff. Staff lobby: -they do not change money, I have bills of 100 Euros and every day I try to change it for small bills without attention from theirs. - they do not try to be fine. - They do not give right information from local transport (train /bus). - No map from the hotel site.

The location of the hotel is quite good, but it is far from the centre. The room was clean and confortable. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice.

I made the reservation for a non-smoking room. This reservation was confirmed and paid. I received a smoking room with a hard tabac odor. I asked to have an other room amd I was told that the hotel was full-booked and if I want a non-smoking room I had to take a deluxe room and pay an extra. On top they told me that that was Booking.com's fault. After one hour of discussions I finally received a non-smoking room 'standard' !

I stay in this hotel 3 nights, asking for a quite room, first day at 7,30AM a huge noise coming just out of my window, this due to workers in action for enlarging hotel, then I ask for another room and this new room have radiators does not work: nobody able to fix the problem and no further rooms available, so I stay two nights in a very cold room in winter season. No refund for this.

Na hun verbouwing ziet het hotel er echt mooi uit en het personeel is vriendelijk. Wij hadden geboekt voor een bepaalde prijs en toen wij ons melden,was deze prijs exclusief ontbijt. Dit vonden wij echt niet goed en dan druk ik mij voorzichtig uit.

Ondanks dat er veel gasten hun intrek hadden genomen heerste er een bepaalde rust. Je kon er rustig je krantje lezen of je laptop gebruiken zonder storende elementen. Daarnaast was er vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Klasse !! De koelkast op de kamer was niet bijgevuld (dus leeg) en storen vond ik het kleine TV scherm.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, de locatie is goed bereikbaar per auto en OV (snel in het centrum). Het geluid van auto's was redelijk hoorbaar op de kamer. De douche was zeer minimaal: geen douchecabine, maar een gordijntje om een putje, dat had ik niet verwacht bij een dergelijk hotel. Absolute afknapper was het beddengoed: de dekens van beide bedden waren wel gewassen maar zaten vol oude vlekken!

Personeel was erg attent. Goed hotel om te overnachten. Het eten, het diner was van een slechte kwaliteit. In dit hotel kun je beter niet het diner nuttigen,.
