The hotel is OK. It is completely oriented towards Amsterdam. No information about Zaandam is available, although this city represent a touristic interest as well ! |

Kamer was redelijk goed met goede bedden. Licht verouderde stijl. Badkamer was oud en vloer stond telkens onder water. |

een perfecte ligging en makkelijk te bereiken.ze hebben vaak een scherpe aanbieding wat prijs betreft, maar eigenlijk is het hotel en zijn de kamers ook niet meer waard! het hotel en de kamers zijn zeer gedateerd! het stinkt op de gang, de planten zitten onder het stof en de kamers zijn matig schoon. het behang komt van de muren, het personeel loopt in gedateerde kleding rond. 's avonds en 's nachts sta je ff aan de bel te lellen voordat je binnengelaten wordt; lekker met slecht weer. Er moet nodig eens een frisse wind door het bedrijf, de kamers, etc. |

Nachtportier. Onmogelijkheid om na de ontbijttijd iets te bestellen. Pas lunch na 12.15 hr. We hebben maar ergens anders gegeten. |

Wij hebben er slechts 1 nacht verbleven maar hebben geen klachten over de kamer, deze was netjes en comfortabel. Restaurant was niet schoon. Etensresten van vorige bezoekers nog op de tafels en de stoelen. Bediening middelmatig. Ondnks het feit dat er nauwelijks andere gasten aanwezig waren 2 uur gewacht op onze maaltijd. |

de grootte van de kamer was prima. De badkamer was groot. Het zitje was fijn. Boxsprings sliepen goed. Veel spinnewebben in badkamer en bij raam. Waterkoker was niet te gebruiken. Moest ontkalkt worden. |

ik had zonder ontbijt geboekt en bij de receptie hebben ze de volgende morgen tegen mijn vrienden gezegd dat het ontbijt erbij zat, maar we moesten wel € 13,50 per persoon afrekenen. |

Goede (correcte) ontvangst. Lekker ontbijt. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker aan te raden. Ligging is geschikt om Amsterdam te bezoeken + gemakkelijk bereikbaar want dicht bij op- en afrit autostrade. - het assortiment dranken in de minibar had wel wat uitgebreider kunnen zijn (ik heb er wel geen gebruik van gemaakt) + een extra grote handdoek op de badkamer was welkom geweest. |

wij hebben dit hotel gebruikt om de volgende ochtend op tijd bij crematorium, 2 deuren verder, te kunnen zijn in verband met de files, niet ten onrechte bleek later. Zoals al aangegeven vonden we prijskwaliteit wel wat uit elkaar liggen. |

Vriendelijkheid en professionalisme van het personeel. (Taxi in mum van tijd georganiseerd en in orde). Netheid van onderhoudsploeg. Zoals overal in Nederland, de onmogelijkheid om te roken aan de bar. (Niet de schuld van hotel) |

Teilweise sehr gute und freundliche Mitarbeiter.Checkout 12.00 Uhr. Sicherung der Flure und des Treppenhauses durch die Karten. Nur 1 großes Badetuch und 2 kleine Handtücher sind zuwenig.Mehrfach Spinnweben und laufende Spinnen im Zimmer und Bad. Staub und Schmutzreste auf Armaturen und am Bett. Teilweise sehr schwache Mitarbeiter: Beim Einchecken sollten wir auf einen falschen/ähnlichen Namen einchecken, da Mitarbeiterin unsere Buchung zuerst nicht fand, dann noch falsch auf ein Standartzimmer.Kein gutes Radio/Musik. |
