The room was comfortable The staff were very rude, they ignored you unless you unless you almost forced them to listen. Everything was too much trouble. The food was average and took far too long to serve.I Would only stay again if I really had too. This was not a nice experience |

Staff enthusiasm, friendliness, service. Good food No heating on in the room, woke up cold in the night groping around for some kind of radiator to turn on - but it takes time to feel warm again, and disturbs the sleep pattern |

Teilweise sehr gute und freundliche Mitarbeiter.Checkout 12.00 Uhr. Sicherung der Flure und des Treppenhauses durch die Karten. Nur 1 großes Badetuch und 2 kleine Handtücher sind zuwenig.Mehrfach Spinnweben und laufende Spinnen im Zimmer und Bad. Staub und Schmutzreste auf Armaturen und am Bett. Teilweise sehr schwache Mitarbeiter: Beim Einchecken sollten wir auf einen falschen/ähnlichen Namen einchecken, da Mitarbeiterin unsere Buchung zuerst nicht fand, dann noch falsch auf ein Standartzimmer.Kein gutes Radio/Musik. |

ładne pokoje, bardzo zadbany hotel w środku oraz z zewnątrz, miły personel, czysty brak klimatyzacji może w upalne dni przeszkadzać ale kto wtedy siedzi w pokoju?:) |

Un certain confort, très appréciable quand on se déplace pour participer à un stage international d'arts martiaux Le restaurant est sensé être ouvert jusque 23h... et impossible de dîner à 22h30 !!! Le premier soir j'ai dû me contenter d'un petit paquet de chips.... |
