The friendliness of the staff, my little girl felt very good receiving little gifts from the staff and they were very fast. I cant complain and I would stay there again for sure!Its my second time already. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A little expensive. I wasn't happy to have to pay c. £15 per day to use the hotel carpark. |

Although double room was booked for 1 person, was given a twin room. Also room had 2 adjoining doors to other rooms, which meant it was pretty noisey. |

Very comfortable room, bright and well designed. Garage being in the next building and having to borrow and return the garage door opener was very inconvenient, considering having paid 18.50 EURO per day, extra garage door openers could have been provided. Having to borrow and return the opener required additional stops in front of the hotel twice, and reception which was busy twice and wait for my turn to ask for the garage door opener. |
