Have a relaxing holiday in the Beach Residence Zandvoort. The luxurious studio or apartment are situated just between the sea (50 meters) and dunes (20 meters). The centre of the town is only a 5 minutes walk away.

The ground floor studio and apartment are equipped with comfortable furniture and offer a beautiful view onto your private garden with terrace.

Your car can be parked for free in front of the beach house, in the parking lot.

From a race car track to a casino and picturesque cycling routes to golf courses, this seaside resort offers a variety of activities.

The charming cities of Haarlem and Amsterdam, with their many shopping streets and attractions, are just a short train trip away.

The apartment and studio provide all the comforts one might wish for on a relaxed holiday, including a furnished private terrace. Both the apartment/studio are located at the ground floor on the garden side of the villa. The apartment/studio have been renovated lately and imparts a comfortable and luxurious feeling.

The light and airy apartment/studio are equipped with high quality beds a flat-screen television and more. The bathroom boasts a modern design and facilities. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and all the expected accessories. You will also find all the necessary utensils for preparing your own delicious meals.
Breakfast can be served in your apartment/studio.

Area information

Everything in the Beach Residence's environment makes it a paradise for outdoor activities (bicycling, golf, horse riding, windsurfing and sailing) and relaxing activities, all year round.
The long sand beach, with its romantic beach houses, is 50 metres away from the residence. The beautiful neighbouring dunes call out for you to enjoy a walk.
The centre of Zandvoort, with its cosy shops, terraces and restaurants, is just 500 metres away. National and International train connections are available at the train station, just one km away. Schiphol (Amsterdam) Airport is 25 km away. Zandvoort is also well situated for reaching Haarlem (for the best shopping experience in the country, 10 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Alkmaar (Cheese-market) and the tulip fields (Keukenhof).

Important information

Cleaning costs:
EUR 30 per stay for the apartment.
EUR 20 per stay for the studio.

Friendly dogs are welcome.
However, the dog cannot howl or bark when left alone in the room or wreck the furniture. Minimal charges are applicable.

A highchair especially for children is available on request.

Parking is available opposite of the villa. A guarantee of EUR 30 is applicable for a parking card. This will be returned at the end of the stay.

The studio was cleaned to a very high standard, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The shower in the bathroom is fantastic and very easy to control. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds are very very comfortable. The garden is a sun trap, all day sunshine also protected from the wind. The hosts are amazing and we will be going back.

Great location,very nice young family owners who spoke exellent English. The apartment was clean and was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals(minus the food). We drove from Germany and brought our food with us. With the Euro rate so high, we were able to save money preparing our own meals! Highly recommended!

La proximité de la mer, l'accueil très convivial, la propreté, l'aménagement de qualité.

La différence entre le prix de départ 270 e et le prix final 375 e (prix de base 2+2 personnes + 1 bébé alors que la location est équipée à la base pour 4, le forfait ménage obligatoire de 30 e pour 30 m2).

Dat er wel en vaatwasser was maar geen tabletten, wel een toilet maar maar 1 rol toilet papier, wel een prullenbak maar maar 1 vuilniszak.

Ligging zeer kort bij het strand. Appartement was volledig ingericht en schoon. Parkeren op een nabijgelegen parkeerplaats met toezicht. Prima bedden.

Das Studio war sehr modern und geschmakvoll eingerichtet.Es war alles vorhanden Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemach.einen geräumigen Kühlschrank. Was uns gut gefallen hat war der kleine Garten mit Gartenmöbeln den wir auch zum Frühstück nutzten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Im Badezimmer war kein Fenster die Feuchtigkeit müßte durch eine gebläste entfernt werden .Es roch teiweise etwas Müff.

Lage zum Strand und zu den Duenen. Ideal für Urlauber mit Hunden.

Da wir zwei Hunde haben, war das Studio etwas zu klein. Bei einem nachsten Urlaub wuerden wir gerne das Appartement buchen.
