Available services: help with printing a handout and internet access in the lobby. Breakfast was very good: large choice, high quality. not sustainable: cleaning the towels everyday. |

Beautiful modern hotel and very central, we had an upgraded room which was very nice , a lot bigger with a balcony, senseo coffee machine DVD player and rain shower were the extras, standard rooms may be accross the road in the residence. Breakfast was one of the best Ive ever had, quality products including Austrailian homemade ice cream and prosecco for those who dare...included, A little pricey in the restaurant and bar but what can you expect from a central 4* hotel. lighting in the room was nice and romantic but forget trying to read a book at night.. |

Close to railway, approx. 400 metre walk. Good shopping and close to old town and sightseeing. Free internet access. Our accommodation was over the road from hotel. Was not sure at first whether or not I liked this idea but OK. |

Quiet, clean, neat-looking room and bathroom. The hotel offers a service to store your luggage before you check in or after you check out. Mattress wasn't very comfortable. Tv had aspect ratio 4:3 and could not be adjusted to widescreen programmes, resulting in the right and left extremities of the picture being cut from view. |

The restaurant and the rooms are nice, however the breakfast room is very crowded and a bit chaotic. The location of the hotel is very nice and central. |

Modern ,boutique style hotel with easy access to the main shopping streets and very near to the station.Excellent breakfast menu. The bearded man who cooked the breakfast eggs/rolls and who served later on the outside terrace was not customer friendly. He was very abrupt and lacking a smile on his face. Maybe he was having a bad day! |

A hotel with an obvious eye for quality in a very convenient location. The hotel may be on the expensive side for young couples, but the hotel has special deals (bookable through bookings,com) making it affordable, especially if they include the superb breakfast. |

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere in Maastricht. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby, restaurant, and bar were very nice (although expensive). Secured parking and helpful staff. Would have preferred the more "colonial" toilet tissue and internet access in the room. Overcame by setting up in the lobby. Usually with beer or wine. |

ruime kamer en badkamer. Locatie is top; op loopafstand van het centraal station en het centrum (winkels, restaurants). Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel zelf. Het einge vervelende was dat er heel weinig verlichting was op de kamer waardoor we nauwelijks konden lezen. |

De inrichting van het hotel. De sfeer. De ligging ook prima. Handig zo'n parkeergarage vlakbij De eindafrekening was € 38 euro hoger dan die moest zijn. Het kostte ons echter 20 minuten om dat recht te zetten. Excuses werden aangeboden, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Een drankje als geste zou wel zo aardig zijn geweest! Per slot van rekening lag de fout bij het hotel. Van een hotel dat er prat op gaat een Award te hebben gekregen verwacht ik toch wel zoiets. Bovendien werd het 'raar' gevonden dat wij slechts een van de twee dagen een ontbijt wilden! Vreemd omdat het ontbijt apart gereserveerd moest worden. |

Goede ligging en mooi strak interieur. Het restaurant ziet er mooi uit (geen gebruik van gemaakt) en het ontbijt was kwalitatief goed. We hadden een kamer in een pand tegenover het hotel, waardoor de sfeer in dat pand minder aantrekkelijk was. Ik vermoed dat dit de goedkopere kamers zijn en dan blijft de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding goed. |
