Good location, simple and nice interior decoration.

No alarm clock was equipped.

Staff were polite and very efficient. The bed was firm but sooo comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower fantastic although I do miss my bath ( Room 118). Both minibar and bath products fully restocked everyday. We missed getting a table in the restaurant ( book early on Saturday) but my daughter lives in Maastricht and has eaten there and says it is the best food in town. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but I think it was quite expensive for the size of room etc. Very convenient for station and shopping.

I asked for a quiet room which is probably why we had a room overlooking utility courtyard with fans going all the time. With the window closed it was quiet though. It was a small dark room for a comfort room and the bathroom smelt of stale drains which I gather is a common problem in Maastricht but I don't think it is acceptable in a 4 star hotel. I know floorboards are trendy and clean but I quite like carpet. It just feels cosy and more luxurious.

Good hotel, excellent restaurant, comfortable rooms and very good location. We love Maastricht, such a good atmosphere, good shopping and very good restaurtants.

Very good location and friendly staff. Comfort rooms are spacious and -in our view- offer more value for money than the basic rooms.

When you stay in the weekend consider going somewhere else for breakfast. The service is very inefficient and takes ages. Recommendable alternatives are Cafe Zondag (same street one block to the city center) or Break & Delicious (same street towards the train station).

Location is excellent. Staff was friendly.

Cleanliness of the room was not super. Ambition to be a design hotel was not fulfilled in the room. Room needs an overhaul. Too expensive for what you get.

The restaurant was very good. The atmosphere, food and the service was excelent in the Restaurant. The rooms are big enough.

The housekeeping took all the soap out of the bathroom and forgot to put new soap for the second day? For the second day the housekeeping didn't add any more thee, coffee and sugger. They even took the thee cups and didn't put back cleaned thee cups in return?! Beside that the room was very warm and the cover was so sticky that I couldn't sleep. There was no airconditioning available, only a ceiling fan, but the speed is too high from it, which the result that I had to turn off the fan, otherwise I would have catched cold. Besides that till late in the night in the weekend there is noice from people in bars close by. When I mentioned my complains at the desk at the time I checked out, the reception employee just recorded my complaine, informed me that it shouldn't have happend and he will check it with the responsible person, that was it?? The basic service wasn't supplied!? I am dissepointed from this hotel.

the rooms are beautifully appointed. The hotel has charm and character and the staff is outstanding - friendly, helpful and really well- versed in all things Maastricht.

High quality, close to the town centre. Good acces and parking.

Bar close too early. So in evening, we had to go out for axdrink.
