All Hotel employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the room very clean. I liked the attention to detail. |

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere in Maastricht. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby, restaurant, and bar were very nice (although expensive). Secured parking and helpful staff. Would have preferred the more "colonial" toilet tissue and internet access in the room. Overcame by setting up in the lobby. Usually with beer or wine. |

Friendly greeting at the hotel reception and a perfect location for all the sights in Maastricht and close to the railway station, would certainly use this again for my next visit. |

De vriendelijke bediening van het personeel van de receptie en het restaurant (bar) alsmede het uitstekend ontbijt. Onze kamer was gelegen aan de straat "De Lage Barakken"vlakbij de Stationsstraat waar het (en dat is eigenlijk wel begrijpelijk in het weekend) tot s'morgens vroeg 05.00 uur lawaaierig was. |

Goede, ruime kamer en idem badkamer. Kamer aan de straat Lage Barakken is rustiger dan aan Wycker Brugstraat. Zeer centrale ligging. Prima ontbijtbuffet. |
