O Beaumont Maastricht situa-se a uma caminhada de 3 minutos da Estação Central de Maastricht e a cerca de 10 minutos a pé de Vrijthof. Dispõe de acomodações com um design moderno e uma televisão de ecrã plano. Insere-se em 2 edifícios separados por uma rua, um de frente para o outro, e os seus quartos apresentam toques de design contemporâneo e possuem grandes janelas com vista para a paisagem da cidade. Os hóspedes poderão usufruir gratuitamente do acesso Wi-Fi e também das comodidades para preparar chá e café. O pequeno-almoço consiste num buffet de pratos quentes e frios, confeccionado com produtos frescos. It can improve. The room was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, in the pictures it seems that the rooms have a modern design....well not mine, quite simple nothing special. Breakfast buffet was great, worth the price. Excellent location. The room was not what I was expecting. They put us in the building right acroos from the Hotel´s main building, which is not a bad thing but the room could have been better, it seemed like I could have anyone´s regular bedroom.

The hotel's location is convenient, 5 minutes from train station and with many boutiques and restaurants nearby n the "Wyck" and "Ceramique" districts. City centre 10-15 minute by foot. The (upgraded) room we got after reporting problems with our initial room's shower, was also very nice. Staff is friendly. The hotel is split up into 2 parts and our initial room was in the building across the street. Very little view and a pretty basic room. Cleanliness of shower/bathroom was definitely way below par for a 4 star hotel. After reporting this we were moved to much nicer (and probably more expensive) room in the main building for our 2nd night.

Staff were polite and very efficient. The bed was firm but sooo comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower fantastic although I do miss my bath ( Room 118). Both minibar and bath products fully restocked everyday. We missed getting a table in the restaurant ( book early on Saturday) but my daughter lives in Maastricht and has eaten there and says it is the best food in town. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but I think it was quite expensive for the size of room etc. Very convenient for station and shopping. I asked for a quiet room which is probably why we had a room overlooking utility courtyard with fans going all the time. With the window closed it was quiet though. It was a small dark room for a comfort room and the bathroom smelt of stale drains which I gather is a common problem in Maastricht but I don't think it is acceptable in a 4 star hotel. I know floorboards are trendy and clean but I quite like carpet. It just feels cosy and more luxurious.

Minibar was inculded in price. Nice friendly staff. I booked comfort double room, but the room was too small. I couldnt reach what is the more comfort there as in other rooms :) It was just normal hotel, nothing special. Expensive breakfast. They forget to fulfill minibar every day, only when I ask everything was done. As well they forgot to put new shampoo and other stuff. I had to remind.

Very good location and friendly staff. Comfort rooms are spacious and -in our view- offer more value for money than the basic rooms. When you stay in the weekend consider going somewhere else for breakfast. The service is very inefficient and takes ages. Recommendable alternatives are Cafe Zondag (same street one block to the city center) or Break & Delicious (same street towards the train station).

Overall, the hotel is clean and the hotel staff is friendly. The first room they put me in was across the street from the main hotel. The room was nice, but the wifi signal was so weak it would not work. They moved me to the main hotel, but the room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Rather than move again(being exhausted from travelling), I stayed there and suffered through the smoke. The maid should have known the room smelled and cleaned it thoroughly, and the wifi should be strong enough for all rooms if they advertise free wifi as they do.

Location is excellent. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness of the room was not super. Ambition to be a design hotel was not fulfilled in the room. Room needs an overhaul. Too expensive for what you get.

The restaurant was very good. The atmosphere, food and the service was excelent in the Restaurant. The rooms are big enough. The housekeeping took all the soap out of the bathroom and forgot to put new soap for the second day? For the second day the housekeeping didn't add any more thee, coffee and sugger. They even took the thee cups and didn't put back cleaned thee cups in return?! Beside that the room was very warm and the cover was so sticky that I couldn't sleep. There was no airconditioning available, only a ceiling fan, but the speed is too high from it, which the result that I had to turn off the fan, otherwise I would have catched cold. Besides that till late in the night in the weekend there is noice from people in bars close by. When I mentioned my complains at the desk at the time I checked out, the reception employee just recorded my complaine, informed me that it shouldn't have happend and he will check it with the responsible person, that was it?? The basic service wasn't supplied!? I am dissepointed from this hotel.

The personnel are friendly and helpful, the breakfast varied and the rooms have a nice style in general, though the set up of the bathroom might vary and in some rooms it comes too small. I like the location particularly; it is very close to the train station and main roads and within short walking distance to the historical center. THere is a big variety of shops and restaurants around. I did not like that the photos in the internet are unclear. When booking a room one can not know whether the bathroom comes with shower or bath tube, whether the toilet is included in the bathroom or comes in a stand- alone set. While booking through the internet one can not know whether the room chosen belongs to the main or the adjacent building. Rooms differ from one building to another.
