Prime location, good services, and I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. Excellent Cappuccino any time of the day. The staff was very helpful too. Always greeting me with a smile and are ready to provide any assistance.

Not the hotel, but rather the room location. I would recommend rooms facing away from the street for quietness. I staying in a street facing room. While quite nice, it was a little noisy since you have to have the windows open (no ac). If you are the type of person that wakes up early, say 6 or 7, that may not bother you that much.

Fantastic stay during last week in March 2012. Room was huge by European standards, bed was very big and comfortable, great lighting and superb bathroom, one of the best in my Europe stays over the decades. Breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely helpful!

Great location. Close to pubs and train station. Beautiful hotel. Will probably always stay there when I come to Maasticht.

Once breakfast was over there was no place in the hotel to have just a hot chocolate or muffin. So, to meet with someone I had to leave the hotel and meet somewhere else.

Value for money. Nice location. Good Breakfast. Nice and Cozy room.

Everything was perfect

It can improve. The room was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, in the pictures it seems that the rooms have a modern design....well not mine, quite simple nothing special. Breakfast buffet was great, worth the price. Excellent location.

The room was not what I was expecting. They put us in the building right acroos from the Hotel´s main building, which is not a bad thing but the room could have been better, it seemed like I could have anyone´s regular bedroom.

Good hotel, excellent restaurant, comfortable rooms and very good location. We love Maastricht, such a good atmosphere, good shopping and very good restaurtants.

Minibar was inculded in price. Nice friendly staff.

I booked comfort double room, but the room was too small. I couldnt reach what is the more comfort there as in other rooms :) It was just normal hotel, nothing special. Expensive breakfast. They forget to fulfill minibar every day, only when I ask everything was done. As well they forgot to put new shampoo and other stuff. I had to remind.

Location is excellent. Staff was friendly.

Cleanliness of the room was not super. Ambition to be a design hotel was not fulfilled in the room. Room needs an overhaul. Too expensive for what you get.

The personnel are friendly and helpful, the breakfast varied and the rooms have a nice style in general, though the set up of the bathroom might vary and in some rooms it comes too small. I like the location particularly; it is very close to the train station and main roads and within short walking distance to the historical center. THere is a big variety of shops and restaurants around.

I did not like that the photos in the internet are unclear. When booking a room one can not know whether the bathroom comes with shower or bath tube, whether the toilet is included in the bathroom or comes in a stand- alone set. While booking through the internet one can not know whether the room chosen belongs to the main or the adjacent building. Rooms differ from one building to another.
