The only point that can be criticed were the tractors on the road in front of the house which started early in the morning but it is spring season!
Very friendly staff and owner, good breakfast, diner and drinks in the evening, nice terrace.

Location: 10 min by bus from city centre. So bound to bus times (and don't forget your OV chipcard). Doesn't look stellar from the outside (more of a party centre and cafe with a few rooms rather than a B and B core business).
Good bed. Clean shower and bathroom (up to date). Good breakfast. (not much choice but plenty and what was served was good). Free parking. Price.

Room was initially cold, but after closing windows and put heater on it became comfortable

- the bed is a bit too soft for me personally.
- Simple room, with basic facilities. But very clean. Definitely feel good about it. - Probably home run business, you can feel the warmth from them. Great people working there. They take good care of their customers, - Wonderful breakfast. it's a shame that I cannot upload photos here. Combined with the service we had, my husband thinks it's one of the best breakfast he has ever had. - Pretty good wifi connection.

They couldn't provide a baby crib, just an extra normal bed which was not suitable for babies/toddlers.
The location is convenient when you travel by car. The entire area is also nice.

Just a bit of noise from the neighbors and traffic. If you had one of the back rooms it's probably fine.
Good size rooms, clean and nice bathrooms. Restaurants and staff were great. A bit loud on Friday, Saturday night- the sound filters up through the floor. Also neighbors and traffic.
