Location, rate The hotel was noisy. There is no soundproofing between the floors and the doors didn't fit properly so people had to slam them shut. I stayed here before but was on the 4th floor which makes a big difference. I recommended the hotel to a colleague who also stayed there but found it noisy as well. She moved to the 4th floor and said that was much better. I didn't ask to be moved but perhpas I should have. |

Staff with great adaptation habilities Internet wasn't free and the charge was pretty high. Given the price of the rooms and the 3 stars status, it's disappointing (I had free unlimited internet just afterwards in a youth hostel at 20€/night!). |

Staff was very friendly and room was clean (small but ok) Sometimes very noisy: doors slam very hard - hotel was full so we had to wait 15 min to have a table for breakfast |

The staff of the hotel provide good services. The hotel is located in the city and there are many shops nearby. There is no information about the hotel at the station. So, it is difficult to arrive there. There is too much noise caused by the cars in the streets. |

We liked very much the large spacious rooms. The beds very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. If we had requests the staff were happy to oblige quickly. The transport links from outside the Hotel were also exellent. We would certainly stay there again. Not really. |

The staff of the hotel were very helpful, kind and went beyond regular duties to provide me with things such as a charger, helping me plan my itinerary and touching base with me at the end of the day to see how my day went. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends and would love to stay there again. The internet was expensive and slow. Not a good value for the money. The staff knew this and allowed me to use the office computer at one point. |

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Overall a nice quite location and only 10-15 away from the city core (if you are taking a tram). For those like myself who like their hotel to be nice and calm, it was perfect :) |

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sufficient shops ,bars and restaurants close by and the main sites etc were within reasonable walking distance or via regular availability of trams. Breakfast could be a bit basic at times........one morning the only cereal available was Coco Pops ..lots of them !! |

Hotel staff were friendly, and the accessibility into the center of town is good with the tram stop right in front of the hotel. A little noisy with the trams running in front of the hotel and the rooms could use an update. |

It was absolutely fine and in walking distance of many landmarks, shops and canals. One member of the front desk kept us waiting in a rather rude, not polite manner. I did not like his manner. |

the location was pretty good, the staff mostly friendly I understand it is the main thing to do god business to try to at least seem better as the others, but the hotel description did not match the reality, for example, the bathroom window pale was broken so someone could have hurt itsself. |
