friendly staff, nice breakfast We had two rooms. In the first room there was an emergency exit sign which lightened the room all night. The second room was at the first floor above a bakery and there was an annoying smell from that. Besides that rooms were comfortable. |

The bed was comfortable The size of the bathrooms, the lack of minibar, fresh coffee. The fact that for 200 euro's a night you get stuck in a budget hotel that should not cost nearly as much. |

Nice, quiet room and clean. Good location for my needs Lousy reception, the corridors look ugly/worn, the hot water is dangerous, very very hot!! It was not easy to use the mirror at the bathroom because of bad location of light. And the lights at the room was not at all cosy |

The reception staff Aziz, Karin, Merike and Nils, were second to none. In all my travels I have never met such kindnes, helpfulness and pleasantness I felt the diningroom could have been a bit better organised. Every morning I had to ask for cereal bowls, cups and saucers, and on one occasion, omlettes. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay. |

Nice and clean hotel. The personell were serviceminded and helpful. Our room was recently redecorated. The breakfast could have been better. The hotel is located some way off the main streets and attractions. It is however good tram connections to the hotel. There are also some nice cafés, restaurants and shops nearby the hotel. |

Beethovenstrasse area is cool. Tram nr. 5 and 24 are near hotel, very frequent, and they connect with all most important places into short minutes.Museum area is few tram stops. Reassuming : Amsterdam tours are easy and comfortable I only suggest to increase a bit double bed size.Anyway, room and its bathrom were good. |

Breakfast was excellent, always very fresh food despite limited choice. Nice location also - many nice restaurants and shops on the same street and only a few tram stops from the centre. The whole place needs a little freshening up but as far as I understand that is taking place on a step by step basis. |
