Мне понравилось только местоположение и цена. Персонал (девушки, которые работают утром) - не знают как работает фен в номере. Мне пришлось ждать 15-20 минут. Персонал (мужчина, который работает вечером) через чур заботливый. Надоедал до 12 часов ночи. |

Рядом есть подземная недорогая парковка, что очень ценно для Амстердам. С 9 до 18 в будни машину можно оставлять рядом с отелем всего за 10 центов в час |

Единственный минус - это то, что у нас на кредитной карте забронировали сумму 100%, а потом сняли оплату еще раз. а бронь должна разблокироваться не сразу, а в течении месяца. |

Hotel staff were friendly, and the accessibility into the center of town is good with the tram stop right in front of the hotel. A little noisy with the trams running in front of the hotel and the rooms could use an update. |

It was absolutely fine and in walking distance of many landmarks, shops and canals. One member of the front desk kept us waiting in a rather rude, not polite manner. I did not like his manner. |

the location was pretty good, the staff mostly friendly I understand it is the main thing to do god business to try to at least seem better as the others, but the hotel description did not match the reality, for example, the bathroom window pale was broken so someone could have hurt itsself. |

It's very easy to go either to the centre and to the station ( tram #5 or 24).overall quiet and clean. Breakfast has a lot of space to be improved!close to the museums... |

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff, pleasant area, good transport to the city centre and other areas. We had a room on the 4th floor which was next to the linen storage, this would only have been a problem if we were wanting a late start and we were not too worried. |

I was attending the Boat Show asnd the convenience for this was excellent. Tram noise caused mre some problems - but that was not serious. The taxi to Airport service was excellent. |

we enjoyed our stay very much and found the staff etc. very helpful. A very convenient location too, for museums,parks and general sightseeing. Would definately make a return visit. |

Basic facilities, but good value, efficient friendly staff, and 5 mins by tram into Central Amsterdam, easy stroll to the Museums. A great choice if you want value for money. |

The tea and coffee in the room was most welcome on arrival The shower was not very well placed. Too high and the water temperature difficult to control. Very cramped bathroom. |

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful when I had problems connecting to the wireless internet. Very small bathroom, the heater was a bit dirty. The hotel is in a good neighbourhood of Amsterdam, and the outside looks like a 4**** hotel, but inside it seemed more like a 2** hotel. |
