"Park Mansion" and "Penthouse on the Park" are two very stylish serviced luxury apartments at top location in Amsterdam.
Both apartments offer All-Inclusive amenities as food / drink / flowers / laundry / free telephone and internet. 'mansion on the park' is decorated with precious antiques and has been a feature article in 'architectural digest' and 'world of interiors' magazines.
Penthouse on the park is a light loft style and cosy hideaway including wood burning fireplace and great views.

Enjoy yesterday’s atmosphere with today’s comforts. This apartment is located directly along the beginning of the Vondelpark, near Amsterdam's main canals and just minutes walk from major museums like the Rijks Museum, Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelyk Museum (or: Contemporary Art Museum) Amsterdam’s most prestigious shopping street with world famous designer boutiques, the P.C. Hooftstraat, is around the corner, just as the many restaurants and bars.

With its antique furniture from the ‘Empire’ period (Napoleonic era), this apartment is unique in style and quality.

The apartment is 80 m² (800sq ft) and on the second floor. The living and dining room have 'Empire' furniture, high ceilings with period mouldings and there’s a working fireplace (in addition to the central heating). The stylish reception room has 2 large windows and double doors to a French balcony that have a view on the park. The very quiet bedroom is in the back of the house with a double bed. The fresh flowers and discrete service are the main ingredients for this exclusive apartment.

Food & beverage

Upon your arrival you will find the "Dutch food and drink surprise": The kitchenette will be stocked with a surprise choice of fine red/white wines, portwine, milk, selection of cereals, salad spread, salt/ non-salt nuts, crackers, selection of breads, several cheeses, juices, diet / regular soft drinks, jams, sparkling / still mineral water, butter, creamcheese,dietmargerine, cooked ham, smoked salmon, eggs, heavy cream, onions, patty, smoked bacon, fresh ground coffee, instant coffee, selection of loose tea/teabags, and, included in the surprise, various typical, delicious foods from the Low Countries, some home-made by your host.

Room information

This luxury apartment has a large drawing room facing the park and a room at the garden side of the building that includes a kitchen en dining area.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. Linens are made of highest quality egyptian cotton 400 threadcount and one can choose for two seperate duvets or one large one.
The bedroom is on the rear site and is very quiet. It has a large window on the gardenside of the building and black-out blinds. It is richly decorated with Pompeian style fresco's; copy's taken from the Villa Domus Aurea in Rome. Artist imitation marble panelling and an 18th Century cut-glass hall lantern make the bedroom truly stunning !

Area information

In Amsterdam's prestigious "Old-South / Museum quarter" area. Major museums as "Ryks museum", "Van Gogh museum", Contempory Art (Stedelyk museum) and famous Concertbuilding are around the block.
The city's foremost shoppingstreet (designer boutiques) around the corner. Also a large first class supermarket. Enter Amsterdam's ring of canals and old center within minutes walking distance.

The apartment is magnificent in every way. Charles, the owner is a wonderful man and made sure that every need was satisfied. The apartment is tastefully opulent, spacious and very warm and inviting.

The only thing that we did not like was having to leave it.

The room was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The stocked kitchen was a fantastic addition to our stay. Charles was a fabulous host! The Park Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back to rest and relax before the evening activities. We even had a little picnic on the rooftop deck on one occasion that we will never forget! We will be sure to return here again.
