The room design was very well done. Very efficient. Climate control worked well. Your location is just great. Advertise another option for breakfast. I eat oat meal,raisins, yogurt, ornagae juice, coffee for breakfast. People over 60 would not eat eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.- at least it's falling off in USA where obesity and cardiac concern have had much attention. I ate at the French bakery around the corner (but failed to get oat meal). Vernon Gras Didn't read any reviews below |

The room was spacious and clean; the location was perfect, just a walk away from the train station and the center of town. The staff were helpful and nice. The only thing I would suggest is more counter space in the bathroom; extremely limited. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. Thank you. |

The location is good, about 1 min. walking. If you arrange city tour by publice transportation like me, this hotel is a good choice. Small room, good for one person only. |

Great location near Central Station. The noise from a party on another floor that was still going at 4:00 am woke me up. |

Location - close to the Central train station, close to the trams, almost next to the Tourist office where both bus and boat excursions begin, and convenient for reaching other areas of the city. It seemed that hotel staff cannot quite read their own PC system - although full payment had been charged from my credit card a couple of days before my arival (luckily I had verified this before going there!), they requested for the payment upon arrival, then upon leaving again. |

The hotel was very close to Central Station which was very convenient on arrival. Staff were pleasant. Able to store bags after checkout until it was time to leave. The room I stayed in was quite small though fit for purpose and clean. |

Great location, near station, trams and canal boats. Make sure you ask for a room around the back as the ones at the front are noisy and the one opposite the lift are also very noisy. |

The location near the Central Train Station is excellent. The room, though small, was completely adequate and well maintained. It had a good shower and excellent TV. The breakfast is a bit expensive. There are other breakfast places in the immediate vicinity that provide an alternative. |

Friendly reception staff. Nice breakfast. There was no mirror in the bedroom which I found very inconveinient as I could not get ready whilst my partner was in the bathroom. |

The location was central to all main attractions. Room was small and not enough shelving for toiletries and personal items. No natural light as I had to keep the blind down all the time or I had no privacy from other guests walking down the corridor. Cleaner wasn't very thorough. Glass mark rings that I made the first day on surfaces remained for my whole stay and I kept finding black hairs (I'm blonde). |

Excellent location. A short walk from the Central Station and close to the tram routes down to the museum district. The rooms are quite small but they do the job, it's the city you've come to see! |
