Great location and I felt reasonable value for money taking account of the location and standard of quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to Central train station and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to lots of tourist sites too.

Corridor noise was loud.

It was pretty close to leidseplein and the red light district. With both our night life there was full Staff was pretty friendly

Amaizing hotel. Exc location. Awesome rooms. Great food.

I loved everything so....

I just like the fact you can walk out of the Hotel and be in the centre of a beautiful City.

The only grudge is Toilet brush, and also not having tea making facilities in our room.

Cleanliness. Staff were helpful.

The single room is really really small. You fill like in a box

A male member of staff was standing near my door talking on a mobile phone for a long time while i was trying to sleep and i found it very annoying!

Location great for train station. Staff very polite and helpful, stored luggage for us after check out.

Room and bathroom quite small, but both very clean. As just staying for a weekend did not need much space but if staying longer might have become annoying!

The location is great because it is near to central train station, many main sights and of course the food/shop outlets.

All our pre-arrival room requests were not met. Room facilities are very basic. No amenities except for all-in-one shower gel and one mono-use plastic cup. That's it! There was also no floor partition between the shower and common standing area in the bathroom. The floor gets very wet and almost flood like after each shower. The shower curtain does not help. We were forced to always close the windows because the hemp smell can be very strong, especially at nights. Our room faces windows of other guests, so the smoke must come from one or two of the neighboring rooms. Terrible!

Didn't like anything about this hotel! Tiny little room with barely any space to move around! Didn't even attempt using the shower as the water would have splashed all the way to the room (thank god,only stayed for 1 night!)

Bright and clean; conveniently located.

Staff not very helpful/knowledgeable about transport options when it came to Keukenhof, which is a popular tourist annual attraction.

The rooms were so small, we literally had to slide sideways between the wall and the bed to get to the other side. The internet speed was pathetic. There were no complimentary toileteries or coffee/tea making options in the room or whatever it was.

No bar. Just in from east Africa and it was cold weather so to go outside was too cold for me. Would have liked to be able to have a glass of wine and sit looking out.
