The situation in the center of the city, Comodity of the beds. The duvets. Breakfast simple but very good and sirved with a smile. "welcome" by the night receptionist. Not a particular profesional appearance and hospitable.... / Cleanliness of bathroom and carpet. Maintenance in general. Price of breakfast (12,50€) too high for the breakfast served (was good and original however) |

It 's location, very convenience to go around, very close to central station abot 5 minute walk. My room was on the first floor, there was a secured door before going to each room, which can be opened by the key card. The other thing that made me choose Bellevue hotel is free wireless internet in the room. The other thing that I like is that we can choose not to have breakfast, so save 12.50 Euro per day. |

Location:proximity to main train station-3 min.walking w.bags (just cross the bridge, strating from the taxi rank), walking distance from centre. Comfort of bed matress. Cleaness. Ventilation through both windows&A/C. Laptop safe.Quick check in/out. Lift-through it's small building(not so common to have lift in old/small building in Amsterdam). Roof view. Only stayed 1 day so I might have missed something :) Bathroom floor- no ties, and no barrier/door-sill between shower and sink/toilet area; in spite of the small inclination, the premise quickly gets flooded. Small room- insufficient space for baggage(1laptop bag-14"/1 ladies bag/1 bag~75x35x20cm), movement was a bit challenge even for one of my size(~160/50).The bridge connection between the two sections of the building- uneven surface,so if one has room at the section where there is no lift, should detour through small passage- not a big deal, except if one has volumable baggage. Didn't order hotel set of breakfast but tried the bakery downstairs- simple, wonderful and nice. The hotel set breakfast which I saw there did not seem to deserve its price.I happily paid more for my own choise. |

Convenience; very centrally located, yet an easy taxi ride to/from the airport. Unfortunately, I had an early flight, and didn't try the breakfast. 2nd floor room; luckily not a busy club night, so not as noisy as expected. |

Overall good, not for one requiring amenities, just good clean lodging. Please remind the hotel staff the customer comes first. A five minute conversation between the receptionist and maintenance took place before we were checked in while we waited there |

The location was great directly across from the main station making it easy to get to and from the airport There was a damp drain smell coming from the bathroom. My room was on the bottom floor so was difficult to get to and there was no sound insulation so we were woken every morning early. Also the wireless internet they promised didn't eventuate |

Great location, modern hotel with traditional facade, big lift, quiet but only if your room has no front view. Very friendly and efficient staff. Free wi-fi. Safe deposit in the room. Luggage room available to store luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Good hotel for a short business stay or for a longer stay if you do a lot of sightseeing. Small room, even though it was supposedly for two persons you could hardly swing a cat in it. The bed barely fit the room. Insufficient space for clothes and personal belongings, the hotel actually proposes to regularly use the luggage room to leave all empty luggage but they don't say where you could possibly leave your stuff! Weird bathroom, very spartan. Breakfast really poor, fortunately I hadn't paid for it up front. |

The hotel is very close to Central Station and also only a few minutes walk to Dam Square and has everything you could ask for. The beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. |

Rooms were clean and modern. Felt very safe and was quiet at night. The hotel was also incredibly close to Amsterdam Centraal which made it the perfect location for getting the train in and out of Amsterdam/made it super easy to get to the airport without having to lug my bags around too far. The rooms were a little on the small side, but guess that is to be expected somewhat, and it didnt really make that much of a difference to me. |

Considering the location, price, and overall quality of all other hotels in the area, Bellevue is really the best deal in central Amsterdam. I believe all city hotels in Amsterdam are overpriced and the rooms are typically small and not so clean. However, considering all of this, Bellevue is definately the best. It is located in an excellent central location, very very clean and comfortable in comparison to all nearby hotels, and is really the best deal in Amsterdam for the price - nothing comes close! The Golden Tulip is the only decent one nearby that is similar in ratings, but Bellevue has more true 'Dutch character', residing in an old Amsterdam historic building, and not a modern looking re-construction. Bellevue is a great hotel! |

The location across from the RR Station and on a very unique street makes this an interesting hotel. The utilitarian decor could be an asset. Beds were good, price was right. This hotel is very close to being a good hotel. The stark white decor shows off the dirt--unfortunately. Long dark hairs on the bathroom floor and sink were a turn-off. The batroom could use a shelf, counter space or hooks for clothes, tooth brush, etc. |
