If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first three nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is located in a green part of the city centre, in the beautiful surroundings of Museum Square. Most of the major tourist attractions, such as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Vondelpark, the bustling square of Leidseplein, famous Amsterdam canals, Albert Cuyp market and concert hall, are within walking distance.
Payment is required upon arrival.
For payments with credit card there will be an extra charge of 5%.
For cash payments, you just pay normal rate.
Check in is not possible after 23:00, except on prior arrangement with the hotel.
Your room is guaranteed until 18:00. Please inform the hotel if you are going to check in after 18:00, otherwise your room will not be guaranteed when you arrive.

Located in a quite, nice area. (Alike Soho in NY). Very near to the tram and night buses stop. Very near to museums and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Breakfast included. Mouldy smell, very old facility, bathrooms are terrible, they have a very very steep stairs. I wont recomend this hotel but.. Is in Amsterdam hotel cheap and good? |

Nothing , I won't recommend it to anyone , extreme construction noise in the neighbourhood, continous bang on the walls we were afraid the roof might cave in. I theron the last leg of my europeon trip in Amsterdam and my family was totally disappointed by the room, room was smelly, my worst booking done via booking.Com. Gus book ibis instead. I did not like anything at all. Infact I would have not booked any hotel afterwards via booking.com if this hotel would have come earlier in my trip |

great location, close to everything; on very fancy street with all the luxury brands shops the interior of the room was quite old, though quite clean; very small toilet and shower - it was difficult to move in there |

good location, near the center. they have free wireless internet, breakfast is ok, staff is good. the room is not really clean, but it-s ok for the price. we got a triple room for 208 euro / 2 nights |

Pros: good location, close to everything but on a quiet street. Very good big room for a budget hotel, we stayed in a room #3 on the 1st floor. Cons: uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast, very bad wifi, hotel personnel doesn't speak English and can't be of any help. But in general good enough for a budget hotel. Change the futon for more hard, make the wifi work in the rooms, adjust hotel services, like minibar, printer etc |

I was pretty dissapointed. The room was tiny and our bathroom was in the hallway, shared by the rest of the floor. I wasn't aware of this until I got to my room... I also got hit by a couple hidden fees - 5% for using a credit card and 5% for some obscure tax... |

location was good and had free wireless internet ALOT of VERY steep stairs (no lft) that we was unaware of, the reception and breakfast room are in seperate building next door - again up another very steep staircase. our room was very poorly maintained although bedding and towels were fresh. stairs are noisy and walls are thin as we were woken up every night by guests climbing stairs and talking in rooms. |

the room was big for two persons with nice view balcony, cheap hotel, nice position between Hobbemastraat and Leidseplein dirty bed sheet and blanket, shower with green mould, bad (terrible) smell rise up from water closet, very dirty room, ridiculous breackfast (2 slices of ham and cheese for each guest!!!)... i stayed several times in amsterdam always in low quality hotels and this is absolutely the worst!!! |

The location was great in a quiet street and minutes from the museums and restaurants, coffee shops, bars. Good value for money. The breakfast was very basic and toiletries were supplied only for the first day, and no ventilation in toilet/shower room making it quite unpleasant to use. |

central location, smal hotel, few room, breakfast staff was nice Well the bath was not really in good shape. My friend did not use the shower at all. You could hardly close the door while sitting on the toilet. Room was not really clean, dust, and not well cleaned at all. Too bad no fresh bread for breakfast only toast... Breakfast service where not able to comunicate due to their lack of english language experience. There was no reception staff at this time |

Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber nur ein 140 cm breites Bett!!! Wie sollen zwei Erwachsene Leute darin Übernachten. Es mußte ein Zustellbett dazu gebucht werden. Extrakosten 25 Euro pro Nacht. Kostenlose Parkplätze überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Man mußte teure Parkgebühren bezahlen. Alles in allem die totale Abzocke. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen. |
