Location, spectacular view towards beach and ocean, large balcony; good breakfast. Helpful (very) owner. Pay for parking at hotel P-lot, even for just unloading / loading luggage. Staff a bit distant. Great disappointment to hear hotel is to be converted to a condominium tower.

Good area for the seaside and visiting the bulb fields, lots of restaurants with good food and reasonable prices. It was good to have free wi-fi. The hotel has a feeling of faded grandeur. Parking is charged throughout Noordwick Ann Zee, which makes a holiday very expensive. The free parking outside the hotel was often full of locals spending time at the seaside.

Friendly staff, comfortable, accessible, good placement, functional. breakfast good Coffee facilities in room would have been good. Evening meal menu could have had more variety.

Very pretty area of Noordwijk, lovely big room, new bathroom, beautiful views. Good breakfast. A bit of a lack of information E.G. what time breakfast was.

The building had a lot of character and the breakfast was good. The building could use some remodeling and updated fixtures. I paid for a luxurious double room with a sea view. The view wasn't worth the extra money and the room, although clean, was far from luxurious and in need of an update. My stay was fine and adequate; the building's interior could use some attention.

The position of the hotel was excellent, being just off the sea front and away from any noise. The car parking facility was very good, knowing that your car was safely parked during the evening. The residents lounge/bar was very welcome in the evening for that late night chat and night-cap. The breakfast in the morning was well laid out, with a very good choice.All in all a very nice hotel. I found the space between the toilet and shower cubicle rather restricted(and I consider myself quite slim). I also found paying the bill after my stay a rather sombre affair, with hardly any communication between the lady and ourselves, with not a single smile forth-coming.

Hondvriendelijk, dicht bij het strand, Dit was het derde verblijf en tevens het laatste. Personeel ongeïnteresseerd. De gebruikte handdoeken werden weer als schone aangeboden. Er moet naarstig iets aan "Belvedere" gebeuren qua interieur, het is allemaal gedateerd. Het personeel mag wel klantvriendelijker zijn. Dus ook daar is winst te behalen. Ontbijt erg karig. Bij het afrekenen werd ons niet gevraagd of we een prettig verblijf hebben gehad. Al met al.......

De grootte van de kamers, erg schoon, fijne bedden, goede douche, groot balkon, mooie ligging. We hadden verwacht dat het 'tegen' de zee aan zou liggen, en geen zeezicht tussen de huizen door.

Mij was een ontbijtpakket beloofd I.V.M. vroeg vertrek. Ontbijtpakket lag niet op de afgesproken plaats. Hotel is gedateerd. Douchekop niet goed instelbaar.
