Nice breakfast area Basic swimmingpool & sauna. Not very appealing to go a second time. Rooms start to be rather old. Upfront payment was requested (of course not accepted by us). For a hotel which claims 4 stars everything at the lower limit...

The resturant food was very good and the staff were pleasant. I paid almost 140 Euros for one night for a Junior Suite and it was the most dissapointing room I have ever seen. When I arrived the receptionist said they did not have my booking and there was no rooms available. They put the booking under my guest name and luckily he suggested that they look under his name. There were holes in the curtains, the room smelt a bit damp, there were no coffee making facilities even though it was advertised. I will definitely not be recommending this hotel, it was overly expensive for holes in the curtains and damp smell!

We booked the room as a super deal and it was very cheap, eu40. For that price, I was very happy with the quality of the hotel. If I had payed full price, maybe not so much, but for what we paid it was great. The hotel is very dated and the wear shows, however it is very clean. Four stars is a huge stretch, maybe back in the day but not now. It does have a pool and sauna which is nice. The location is just outside the main area and a very easy walk. In the end, we were glad we stayed here and not at the Sanadome where we looked and went to for the thermal bath, as it is located outside of town (but reachable by bus). Free wifi.

Very nice Staff and the hotel was clean and very quiet and for the first time I went to a hotel and could sleep immediately. I like the fact that the hotel is just a few minutes walking form town and also that is was so near to my final destination and along the highway

It was near the sport event (running) I attended. Windows can be opened, no ac but good central heating. Quite old fashoned bathroom facilities. They advertize Wifi, but reception was poor and intermittent.

The location was perfect. Close to the countryside with nice walks and the town centre of Nijmegen with all it's ammenities. Reception staff were lovely and helpful and the swimming pool was nice and a real bonus. The man who served breakfast wasn't very friendly but I kept out of his way as the food itself was good. He seemed quite unhappy at the fact that we and others arrived at 9.50 while breakfast was served until 10am. Seemed like he wanted an empty breakfast restaurant at 10am instead guests being allowed to arrive until 10am.

It would be much better if there is free internet service for each room, instead of just at lobby.

The size of the rooms are good, and a good choice of uk tv channels. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Its great to have a fridge in the room. The decor of the rooms is very dated. The rooms could have been cleaner and they are quite hot. The hotel location isn't great. It is very expensive for what it is.

It was ok for my purpose. The breakfast was very expensive (about 16/17 euro but the food was ok, not an extensive selection for the price. One elevator was out of order and the other landed with a bang! A bit nerve wracking! The place could do with refresing.

The location was okay however the hotel is over rated, no where near a four star as advertised. The walls in the junior suites we stayed in were all stained with what looked like drink. The hotel is very tired and needs an upgrade. The breakfast was good and the location was pleasant.

The room was spaceous and comfortable. Reception staff were terrible, very unwelcoming and not at all friendly. We were ordered to pay our accomodation bill on arrival at the Hotel. We were not very happy about this, staff were very rude when we questioned this Hotel policy.
